      terrible service. on top of that i decided to upgrade (terrible decision) while upgrading my esim would not take and no one could help. meanwhile im paying for service i cant even use, even if its for just a day. im still inconvenienced by calling or waiting on them to give any sort of help. Would NOT recommend to anyone new looking for their service.

      I find they leave out valuable information and entice you to change plans by telling you it will save money. They dont tell you there are up front cost to do this and then when you check the next bill its twice as much. When you ask them to switch back they say we cant do that from their end even when its only been ten minutes. They are deceptive in their operations

      We were Verizon customers and after deciding to get our daughter a phone and switch our lines out of the business account to be all on one family plan everything turned into a nightmare that is still yet to be resolved. We initially had a promotion and were advised that we would lose that, which we asked will there be other promotions on the family plan to which we were told multiple times by multiple people yes. This was not the case, then after many issues with Verizon smart family not working... never actually worked.... then our bill was almost $500 for 3 phones.... when this all started we were looking into upgrading our phones which we were told to wait until the iPhone 14 came out because there would be major promos that "they would want to get the phone into peoples hands" so we went in the day before that phone came out to see what we could do and hopefully get our bill lower in the process.... after finding out that there were almost no promotions and we were told there was no way to lower the bill without losing insurance or something we needed we left and decided to stop at ******** to see what they could do, we found that for the same exact thing they would lower our bill by almost half. We switched over, my phone (which we got mine and my husbands at the same time) worked, yet my husbands and my daughters do not, they are locked, We have spent the last 3 days and countless hours on the phone and in stores attempting to pay off our phones to have them unlocked. Verizon will not allow us to pay off our phones nor will they unlock our phones. We have now been told that we have to wait until October for the bill although yesterday we were told that today the bill would be ready. So now Verizon is holding our phones basically hostage, won't allow us to pay the phones off nor unlock them or both. My husband uses his phone for his business and has now been out of a phone for 3 days with still no resolution. We WILL be contacting attorneys in regards to this.

      Verizons app is absolutely terrible! Every time I try to do a upgrade something gets messed up. The last upgrade that I did on their app was with a pre-order of the ******* galaxy s22 plus and with the pre-order I was supposed to get $1000 trade in credit for my old device. I never got the trade in credit and every time I try to call customer service they claim that I selected a $50 credit instead but that they will handle everything and change it to the $1000 credit which I have been still waiting for about 5 months now and I know it's never going to happen. The only reason I'm still with Verizon is because of the coverage area other then that I would have switched a long time ago because their customer service is terrible and never really helps with the problems.

      My husband and I have recently joined our accounts, and opened a business account, as we recently obtained our LLC. We did this because it would be easier for us to make payment, and our bill would be a little less. My phone had stopped working shortly after we switched, so I upgraded my phone to a new one knowing about the monthly 36$ charge. My husband then upgraded his phone and did a $10 promo in a watch. We then had a HUGE increase by like 400$ within a month. We then get a notice of our phone being shut off without payment, We called countless times being told it was resolved and we didn't owe, that they actually owed us money and said they would credit the account and our bill was current and not due until 9/21/22. 3 days later I got a noticed saying our phones our going to be turned off due to no payment? Now, we have a balance of over 800$, and Verizon tool $670 from my account today?! We were told our bill was 239$ a month, and due on 9/21. So why did Verizon just take $670 from my account o. 9/16/21, and now saying our bill is due 9/14?! This FRAUD, AND I BELIEVE VERIZON HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND THIS SHOULD NOT BE ACCEP*****. MY FAMILY IS NOW SUFFWRING TO HAVE FOOD ON THE ***** THIS WEEK BECAUSE VERIZON CANNOT REFLECT THEIR ACCOUNTS AND BE HONEST WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. Please help BBB. Please!

      Verizon has the worst technical support ever! It took 5 technical support employees to finally figure out what was wrong and that was after 2 1/2 hours! This is not the only time either! Im changing cell service Ive had enough!

      Like many others have commented if I could give them a zero I would!!! Been with them for 6 years, and weve had enough! I spent almost two hours on the phone today with a supervisor and my issue was not resolved. They charged me over $60 for my August 2022 bill, and shut off my phone bill September 13 saying that I owed them another $262. I asked why they said it was because I didnt pay July. I found a payment confirmation for that, and so they then said it was for ***** Found a payment confirmation for that too. He then claimed it was for August. I asked how is it possible it was for august when we paid $60 over what we owed for that month. He went on about some dropped line that was a ton of bullsh*t. He then hung up the phone after I kept repeatedly asked him to explain the charge since what he was saying was false. Really rude and unprofessional support. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advice that you run in the opposite direction to any other company!

      Ive been a customer for many years. Finally upgraded to newer iPhones. The bill is higher than what they told me. Although they say calls are recorded it does not seem to matter when it comes to what tell you. Just plan wrong. I do not have an issue with service.

      All throughout this year, I stopped receiving my billing notifications to my phone. However, I would still receive the late notifications just fine. Each and every month, my bill would never come resulting in late fees charged to me. I have tried to contact Verizon in hopes of correcting my billing notifications, and to have the late fees removed as this is clearly the fault of Verizon and not my doing. After repeated failed attempts over the phone to resolve my issue, I took to online reporting of my issues to Verizon. The web site is broken, and numerous times either it refused to take my complaints or flat out could not reach a representative through the non-working system. I have nearly exhausted all normal means to get this resolved. As of now, I have not received my next billing. I have tried to contact Verizon again to inform them that my bill will become late soon, and that I need it. I believe that these actions or lack thereof on the part of Verizon is being done purposely, in order to artificially inflate their charges. This cannot continue to go on. As part of an ongoing process, I have escalated the issue which may also include legal proceedings in order to put this issue to rest.

      We had a great experience with ******* @ the ********* Verizon Store. Very patient and knowledgeable. Felt like we were family by the time we left. We had a lot to do, but it didnt scare her at all . I urge anyone with Verizon phones go to ********* instead of ******** !!! ******
