      This company is ripping off consumers left and right. I switched my service and contacted Verizon and told I would receive a refund for services not used (12 days = $21.87) and would received a check in the mail in **** business days. Followed up after 10 days and told a bunch of excuses why I would not be refunded: account is closed now, you ported your number instead of getting a new phone number. Filed a complaint with the **** They sent an email asking for contact information and a good time to call and left me a number to call also. I called and no answer so left a voice mail. Also replied to the email letting them know best time to call and my phone number. No one called and then received another email with the question "when I would like discuss issues?" I already told them that in the email I sent. I called vs replying via email and ******* answered this time. He gave me the same run around. AND had the nerve to asked me why and who I switched to and could see what he do if I would switch back to Verizon. ******* also made apologies for the misinformation I was told and the failures made by Verizon. Crooks!

      Once upon a time, Verizon was the best. Unfortunately, the sales and customer services couldnt possibly care less about the customer.

      i know verizon is known for bad customer service but they are the absolute worst. i switched my service to another provider only to be told 3 months later that i owe them for an entire billing cycle when i did not have service. I was assured by a representative that i did not owe any money after i cancelled and now that i get a bill, they tell me because it was the same day that the bill came out, the representative couldn't see the balance. why would i pay for an entire month of crappy service when i cancelled 3 days into the billing cycle. not once was i told by verizon that i would be charged the full amount. The amount they say i owe is more money than when i actually had service! ridiculous!

      Verizon customer service ***** plain and simple. They lie promise and passing while taking more and more and promising credit because they know they they arent giving or are charging you to give it. Class action time

      I ordered Amazon Eco, and they set me a Moca Ethernet adapter. I have been trying since August 17 to exchange the item but cannot. I called several times and chatted online **** times, I even went to one of their stores, but no one could help me. In about three days, I will not be able to return or exchange the item due to their 30 days policy. Every time I chat, or call, the representative just advises me to buy another Amazon Echo because they cannot correct the mistake they made. I bought the item online, but I cannot see the transaction in my online account. I spent 1 hour today, September 13, chatting without resolution.

      They used to be a great company but theyre prices have gone up and their cell service has gone down. Im not sure how its possible for cell service to get worse but it has. Ive been a customer for over 20 years. When you call to discuss the unannounced increase in your bill after youve paid the same amount for years, they tell you they understand and then they try to sell you a plan that costs even more. My cell service has decreased by about 40-50% in the past few months. Im not sure how its possible to not have service in a well established town where cell service was never a problem. I am searching for a new cell company and will be switching soon. I always knew I was paying a little more with Verizon but their cell service and customer service WAS great, not anymore.

      If I could give negative stars I would. Every year they have more rules and charge you more money for literally nothing. Greedy and do not care about their customers at all. Service is ridiculously bad too in my area. Im getting the h*** out as soon as possible. Would be sooner but itd cost me my first born to pay the ETFs.

      I ordered a phone on Sept 6-2022 and they took my money for it but I still haven't received nothing nor when I call in to check to see what's going on they cant find anything about my order it's like my order just mysteriously vanished I ask for my money back and they cant seem to help me, do not order a phone from this company it's nothing but a headache.

      Verizon is the most disloyal, dishonest company I have worked with in a long time. I was told I could add a line and switch all my devices to unlimited and that my bill would be $232.78 and I got my first bill at $273.16. After talk to multiple reps and being told oops the first person misquoted I asked to go back to my previous and forget the new plan and was told I cant go back bc that plan does not exist anymorebasically Im stuck with the lie they told and have to pay $273.16 instead of the $232.78. One of the reps even tried to tell me the difference is just taxes! There is no way the taxes is $40! To make things worse ALL of it is in writing AND now, where I live, I dont have service IN TOWN. Horrible companyhorrible customer service and they dont care that I have stuck with them for almost 20 years. I DO NOT recommend Verizonnot even to people I dislike. They lie and the force you to stick with their lie. Crooked way to do business and horrible way to treat people in general.

      A few months ago I got an email from Verizon stating that I needed to change my plan to their new 5G plan or I would get $6 extra added to my bill going forward. For one, my phone is not paid off yet. For two, I have been a loyal customer of theirs for about 1o years. Most importantly, I checked and the area that I live in, in my state, DOES NOT EVEN HAVE 5G SERVICE! This months' bill went up the six dollars. I am on a fixed income and while $6 may seem like nothing to a lot of people, it is to me. I feel like I have been extorted, and that my intelligence has been insulted. I have tried to contact them but it's practically impossible to get through to call them, and their chat option is useless, as you can only respond to their prompts and not the actual problem. I am sure I am not the only person to have dealt with this, and to me it's unconscionable to force people to pay more for a service that isn't even available. I didn't even want to give them one star!!
