      Lawsuit had me paying 3 different states surcharges for 2 years fix the problem and give new additional surcharges ..never received and of my back money I paid but forgot to pay a bill a couple HOURS late 150$ added on to the bill

      Ive been with Verizon since it was Cellular one back in ****. Now all the system upgrades my phones (5 total for my family) barely have signal where we had signal at the beginning of the summer. We can no longer use the *** on our phones as we lose signal leaving town. We cant drive to and from work to home as theres no service. Atleast in the old Analog days we had better service for $335/month youd think wed have phones that could do as advertised.

      My husband and I got exact same phone and the exact same contract on the same day. Two years later, its time to upgrade. They told me that I could not upgrade but he could. They also took away all of the devices dollars they promised because they said the program ended. I was on the chat with them for an hour to try to ask why. Then I was on the phone with them for over an hour with a representative to ask why. They never gave me a definitive answer, nor have they resolved this issue. I asked to speak to a manager. They told me one was not available, and that someone would call back. Nobody ever called me. Disgusted and dissatisfied. Never buy a phone from them. They do not honor their contract. Stay away!!!!!!!

      Poor customer service and they dont disclose fees upfront. My first months bill is over $200 more than what I was told it would be

      Apparently Verizon wants to lose a customer for life over a $200 dollar late equipment return fee. The original equipment was defective (5G home internet unit) I worked with tech support over numerous days (due to my schedule) to try to get it to work. They finally sent out another unit, it worked out great but the connection dropped too much. I submitted a request to return equipment, never received a return label that said would be sent. **************** said to return devices in store, so I tried. Store manager said we can't receive these here so I'll request another return label to be sent out. I finally received a return label so I was finally able to mail back the equipment. Because I went ********************************************************************** $200 for the delay. It's absolute bs they couldn't work with me on this.

      On 9/9/22, I went to Verizon Wireless on *********************************************** as my aunt was having problems with her cell phone and wanted to change her plan, order a new phone and transfer data from her old phone to her new. The customer service sales person was ************************* and my aunt and I couldn't have received better service. **** was polite, extremely patient and very courteous. He went over the plan, explained the 1st bill and the forthcoming bills, demonstrated how to use the new phone and the Apps. He waited while my aunt who is 75 years old understood and replied to his questions, as I had to translate everything he said to my aunt, who then gave me an answer, which I then passed on to ****. He never once showed impatience with us. I would gladly recommend him to everyone I know.I did not know how to reach Verizon to send my compliments on an excellent customer service by one of their employee.

      ************** every time I go to log into my account I'm denied access. They make me change my password EVERY time I TRY to log in. I can't even see my information. They don't let me even check my own account. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER IS AVAILABLE. Stop using VERIZON. It's a rip off company.

      I had to leave a star rating it should be NO stars. Today I found out when reviewing my bill that Verizon has not only been charging me for the last 9 months for services I never signed up for Apparently my daughter had decided to sign up for Apple music and arranged to pay the charges. Not only were they charging her card but they were also charging my account for 2 lines of Apple music at $20 a month $180.00, that I never signed up for and I have no recourse I'm disgusted with Verizon and I am going to switch providers!!

      They completely misinformed us when we contacted them and asked very direct questions ...even after doing our research. I have chat logs proving that they caused us to spend extra money and that their records are completely misleading and inaccurate. Their customer service is abysmal. Nothing will stop this popular monster or make up for the time we have wasted trying to get answers or valid information from them. Stressful, expensive experience. All I can say is - if you can get away from them - NEVER go back. Filed ************************** complaints. We switched to another carrier for half the price and could not be happier.

      I was informed by Verizon I could get the new iPhone 13 free by signing a new contract and returning my old iPhone. I received the new one and used the label they had in the box to return the old phone. I also used the box provided. I have the tracking number through **** in ************. Verizon does not show receipt of it in their warehouse and are charging me $800 for the old phone. I have spent over five hours on the phone with them on different days a filed a claim with them in July. They still say no resolution. The *********** checks the status and told me at their sorting center that its not on me once I returned it with their label and have the tracking number. It gets very frustrating because I will be on the phone with someone for about a half hour and they say they have to wait that long before they can transfer per their rules, and then I get disconnected. Does anyone know someone at Verizon that can and will actually assist, because everyone Ive talked with cant.
