      I have been a customer for 22 years. I bought a new phone because like usual they no longer supported the phone I bought 3 years ago so it stopped working. Then my new phone broke after 4 days and they wouldn't replace it. I had to go through their warranty process and received a refurbished phone that keeps glitching. They still refuse to make it right. My bill is $200 ;plus a month because of all the add ons that is required by them. It's ridiculous. We have to keep them because of the coverage area or else I would switch companies.

      Attempting to fix a fraud account in my name that was placed in 2019 in July I'm not a Verizon customer founded out in Jan 2022 thru my credit report that person's unknown opened a fraud account for $2,403 while attempting to fix thru Verizon they never contacted me in any form to verify this fraud went thru channels to fix phone write even to cooperate office nothing now I'm possibly seeking legal counsel supposedly they have a good cyper security but why am I having all this trouble I currently seeking abriation first well keep posted thru BBB reviees

      Ever since I joined my sisters family plan with varizon, my service has been throttled in a major way. I figure since I was saving more than half my bill they didn't want to give me the same service. I will be leaving them shortly. Do not get varizon.

      I have not had Verizon since December of 2021. I settled what they said I owed in March of 2022. They then reactivated my account and charged me an additional 3 months before they sent me a bill. I did not give them authorization to re activate my account. They have the worst costumer service. You sit on hold for hours, and they still do nothing.

      On September 1, 2022 I went to Verizon, located in August ** on the parkway, to purchase the iPhone 13 Pro **** We were sent to Best Buy. Best Buy sent us back to Verizon because I have the prepaid plan. We were able to purchase the phone but I was locked out my account. I was able to access it but the representative in the store was not, even thought we were using the same PIN number for the account. I was on my way to ***** so I decided we could go to Verizon there, on ******************* maybe they would have people that were more helpful. The representative at the ****** location was able to switch the sim cards. Next I noted that the phone could not send or receive phone call. I called twice to get this taken care of. With pre-paid you are it allowed to speak with anyone, but due to the issue and about 40 minutes it was taken care of, **** you between Thursday and Friday I had spoken to them at least twice - via chat. On Saturday once the calling issue had been corrected I did not think I would have to speak to them again but I did. Now the phone issue was not being able to text. ***** explained that an Iphone could not text an android phone. Upon arrive in ****************************** was able to help my nephew with texting by putting in the correct sim card. He really worked with my nephew and the phone has been really great since. Verizon has great coverage but it is difficult to gain access to the coverage when no one can help you with a new phone. I am currently looking for a new provider.

      I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years never switched. This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with! I will be switching very shortly to any other company but verizon. First time to call needing help in 7 years and 2 hours later after chatting with a rep. only to receive a link and hang up, then calling customer service 4 times with zero option for what I am calling about, trying to get a real person took me an hour and they wont even call you, I had to chat with this person as well. Texting back and forth took 3 times as long to have a conversation. Finally got an answer which was my account had been locked and there was NO OPTION to unlock it by Verizon LOLOLOLOL. They had to wipe my account and I had to register all over again from scratch.

      I WOULD GIVE VERIZON A -0 REVIEW IF I COULD- CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! NOTHING BUT THE RUNAROUND - NO HELP - BRAND NEW PHONE HAD LIQUID SCREEN PROTECTOR PUT ON IT BY THE FREAKING MANAGER AT ONE OF THEIR RETAIL STORES - THE SCREEN IS NOW SHATTERED AND I AM GETTING THE RUNAROUND - GO HERE..GO THERE...CALL HERE...ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR A NEW CELL PHONE COMPANY.

      I feel ripped off, even though I pay with a **** credit card on an auto pay it's not the Verison **** card... so I don't qualify for the $10.00 savings... why? What would be the sense in me getting another credit card just to pay the phone bill.

      I want to warn people of the bait and switch currently being perpetrated by Verizon. They are offering $25 dollar 5G internet service if you buy their unlimited plans. What they do not clearly tell you is that even if you qualify for 5G and it is in your area and you are near a tower, you may not get service. So you have to sign up for services and if you get a phone, when you find out you can't get 5G home internet they will charge you restocking fees. Do not sign up for Verizon it is a scam company.

      I recently added my partner to my plan and we upgraded to new phones. The first month bill was correct, but the following three months were completely different and totally wrong. The second bill was double the first bill- they changed the plan, added a third line, and made other errors. *** spent countless time with customer service agents who cant explain why my bills are consistently wrong, nor can they fix the bills. I havent gotten the auto pay discounts Im supposed to get. They make it so hard to resolve issues they want you to get frustrated and just give up. Awful awful service. Stay away.Id never recommend Verizon to anyone. The customer service is abysmal.
