      there are 2 kinds of people working at this company. incompetents and liars and those who are a special dynamic mix of both features.

      Switched to Verizon as they used to be the best. Not anymore. The sales people pushed me in and out which was ok at first but didn't say that my 1st bill would be $747.46 they said my bill would be $254.00 also since day 1 of their service or shod I say lack there of. The service is so bad it reminds me of their old commercials as ever 2 seconds I am saying can you hear me now. To everyone I speak to. Yes even all 13 verizon agents from obviously India or some other country like that cause none of these so called customer service agents know what the h*** they are doing or talking about. 1 agent tells you one thing g then they transfer you to another agent then that agent tells you something else. Then wait hold on we need to transfer you to another department then that agent tells you something completely different yet again. Norther where I am in ********* and surrounding area's my phone service *****. In and out of 5g to 4g and no matter what it is on is doesn't work. Called numerous times to complain and they send me out a network extender. Oh really verizon thanks for a joke of only having a network extender that works at my home if my wifi is working. That network extender doesn't help me at all anywhere else. Especially trying to run a business. I'm returning all 5 phones and network extender asap. They can go s**** over someone else. Verizon is the worst company I have ever dealt with. What the h*** happened to this company they used to be top notch ??. Never will I ever recommend this company to anyone ever.

      The absolute worst cell service, horrible customer service, and their sales people will tell you everything you want to hear knowing none of its true. I dont know how they continue doing business. I have useful service about 20% of the time, my phone is brand new yet I never have service no matter where I go. If I was actually given the deals I was led to believe, I wouldnt be stuck with this company due to the upsale, and going on 4 months of them processing my trade ins.

      I have been disappointed over and over with Verizon from the worst customer service to having to install our own equipment. Also getting charged $25 for them to ship my new equipment and putting a return label in the box!!!! We had issues and had to calm to resolve a dvr problem. To find out we didnt have to even change our original dvr box!! We were told by the sales person that the new dvr now we would be able to record in the main room and could watch in multiple rooms. WELL that was not what happened and Verizon wanted us to upgrade!! We did these changes to save money!!!! I want to know why Verizon is sooooo horrible and so cold to deal with!! Their customers pay a lot of money and they dont give any concern or respect to their customers!! Please just listen to what your reviews are saying and help your customers!!!!

      I've been a Verizon customer for 22 years. Then about 5 years ago I started to use the nbillpay option with Verizon for my cell phone and my mom's cell phone and I payed it every first of the month (that is when Mom's Retirement check and hers and mine SSDI checks come in) and without fail Verizon took the payment (I even payed it when our phones broke) than about a couple months ago the nbillpay option stopped working for 2 months so I wasn't able to pay our cell phone bill than suddenly last week they put the amount that we owed into collections. I am switching cell phone carriers as soon as possible. To make matters worse I bought her and me new cell phones 2 months ago and she and I went to the nearest Verizon store and the sells lady was the rudest and the laziest person I have ever met.

      My original issue began in May and each time one issue was corrected, another problem appeared. I have spent close to 8 hours trying to get things resolved. I have had tickets opened and closed before the issue was completely resolved. I have had 6 supervisors and 2 agents tell me they would call me back and I hear crickets (but each one swears up and down that they will call me). I've had my ticket put on priority (***** resolution or response) with no response. Text messages regarding my tickets that can't be opened. Confirmation text that a call back was set up (no call back). After 17 years of great customer service, this is the worst I have ever encountered. Billing issue is still not resolved and not sure if this will lead to a family member who will be in another country having their phone disconnected for lack of payment. Verizon's service is good only if you do not need to use customer support.

      I am trying to get a pin number to transfer my service from Verizon. I contacted customer service and got a run around. They cannot access that information, I was on hold with no. Sound at all for over 4 min. They want to text me to verify my ID. I don't have a cell phone, I have home cell service. They don't understand that. I don't want to change my phone number but I am being forced to by ignorant, untrained personal. If you enjoy dealing with a company that has no trained personal, this is the company for you. They Don't know what products they offer therefor cannot help the customers.

      Im a truck driver a rep trick me into buying a phone online but I never received the phone because *** kept trying Why I was at work so I had the order canceled sent back to Verizon keep in mind now I never touch the phone or package tell me why these dirty mtfs still trying to make me pay for the line of tht phone

      I am totally dissatisfied with verizon con services. I cannot get a box to return phone despite countless attempts. Sold a phone based on fraud less terms. **************** failure
