      Verizon wireless sales reps are liars and low down scammers. I called to upgrade an iPhone on my account which I have a family plan with 3 phones the sales rep said she had a great offer. I trade in my old iPhone 8 and I would get a $350 trade in amount and my bill would only increase by $12. I said oh thats great. I kept confirming the deal and price with her (******) and I kept asking her if she was sure she kept saying yes . I even paid a $157 upfront for taxes, fees and screen protector pkg which included a case and charger also. Well low and behold that as not the case when I got my bill it was an additional $27 and so I called Verizon to find out why the bill was not the $12 as quoted and proceeded to tell him (****) the new sales rep looks up our conversation to see what took place and he comes back and says to me yes that was the deal $350 trade in and $12 additional added to my bill.but if course he go and doesnt come back I lose that callI call back I get ****** of course I proceed to tell her she leaves and I lose her I call back again and get A new service rep **** I start over again this is now my 4th time calling so i again start over again telling my story **** pulls up the conversations and then she comes back to tell me that the phone I traded in did not qualify for $350 trade in it only qualified for $100 trade in of course Im really angry and all **** says is she is sorry that this happened but unfortunately she cannot do anything and she can only give me the $100 trade in of course we go back and forth because I want the deal that was promised and quoted to me to be honored because that is what I signed for!! and I had already returned my old phone. I still want the deal that was quoted to me this was such a lie a sales rep making a sale lying and deceiving their customers. Disgusting !!!!!!

      I can't speak with a live human. I tried to use the chat but it didn't work. I received a new debit card same number but new expiration date. They didn't change it and my phone was shut off for non auto payment. I still can't get a person to talk to on the phone.

      within 2 months my bill for wireless service on 2 phones increased from $83.54 to$99.70 without any change in my service plan and no adequate explanation of the charges. **************** was of no help in explaining any reason for this increase.My next step is to ask the *** how that rate hike got approved. then my next step will be cancelling my plan and going to ****************************** is deplorable.

      They use to be a great company, but I definitely wouldn't say that is the case anymore. I came back to them about 6 months ago, and now I wished I would have just stayed with ********* I've had all kinds of reception and Wi-Fi issues, and it's been a serious pain trying to get through to customer service. I'm sure trying to get everyone onto their network has a lot to do with it.

      I switched over to Verizon wireless when I moved from ******* to *********** because I had no signal at my new residence. Once I switched I was given a couple of rebates. So I tried to order some items from the online store. The amount was ******. As soon as I placed the order I realized that they for some reason had my old ******* address. I immediately called and asked them to change the shipping address. They said no problem its taken care of. This was august 1st. The order shipped on the 2nd to the wrong adress in *******. I called again trying to get someone to change the ship to address. No one would call fed ex and change it. I called fed ex and they said Verizon had to call. The items went to my old house in ******* and the new residents signed for the package. I had to get my old neighbor to retrieve the package and ship it back. They received the package on august 12th. I still cant get my money back and its august 29th.

      I sent my old phone in and Verizon is saying they didn't receive the phone which I have the tracking to prove it was returned then they say the phone wasn't in the box so I'm not getting credit toward my new phone

      I give it 2 stars because service is good in some places. The price has went up and up. No customer service or tech support. I honestly feel like im being robbed.

      Overall, I like Verizon. I've had ******* with them for 19 years and had very few problems that we were unable to resolve. However, there are some things I'd like to address. 1. I give everyone an equal chance no matter where they're from. But a common issue keeps coming up. If a rep doesn't have an American accent, I receive incorrect information, rudeness, and no cooperation. Recently, I had a rep tell me that we would get a text message if we reached our int'l data limit and we'd have to approve it in order to continue to use data for $20/GB. I was only informed that this would be the price in the text I received. This same person kept referring to my nephew as my daughter, apologizing profusely, and then doing it again. My 2nd to most last call, the rep's ******** ******* kept cutting in and out, she was in a loud area, refused to transfer me to int'l support, and kept telling me I was wrong and my nephew's data wasn't cut off. The person immediately before her was American and transferred me to int'l support, but I got disconnected from them. The person (*******) after ******, was ultimately able to fix my issue. The reason people keep complaining about VZW's support is that they keep getting these people who are disrespectful and unknowledgable when they are paying top dollar for *******. 2. VZW doesn't have a plan for military ******* members, besides a small discount. So when the ******* member is overseas and doesn't have access to wifi, they have to use a lot of data, which costs a lot. My nephew will be changing ******* providers for this reason and I will be helping him. I still plan on staying with VZW, but it just makes more sense for him to switch than stay.

      VERIZON TRADE-IN SCAM:Verizon Wireless (hereinafter referred to as Verizon) offered a $1,000 trade-in credit for my ******* NOTE20 5G ULTRA however, Verizon refused to honor their commitment. After Verizon sent out a 'return authorization for the *** return of my device, I wiped the device as requested and dropped it off at the *** Store in ********************. I obtained a receipt from the *** Store at the time of drop-off, and proof of delivery after it was tendered to Verizon.After stating twice (once in the presence of the Bestbuy store manager at initial purchase and once in the presence of the Bestbuy district manager at the time of delivery) that I was 'locked-in' to the $1,000 promotion no matter that the delivery of my ******* phone was over 2-months delayed by ******* (due to supply chain issues).When my new ******* S22 5G ULTRA arrived, I prepared to return the old device as agreed/promised, that very same day. I notified Verizon and they issued a return authorization and a *** label for the authorized return.Thereafter, Verizon reneged on their commitment and canceled my promo due to what they described as, 'outside the return window for the promotion.'When asked about why Verizon was not honoring their commitment that I was 'locked-in' for the promotion, they simply refused to budge and flatly refused to honor their $1,000 trade-in promotion commitment.Thereafter, when I questioned Verizon as to when and how they intended to return my $1,000 ******* NOTE20 5G ULTRA, Verizon stated that 'they were not going to return my device.'Essentially, ********************** committed to credit the $1,000 promotion trade-in amount to my account over a 24-month period of time and once I had delivered my device to them (via their authorized *** return), Verizon unilaterally canceled my credits without any notification to me whatsoever and proceeded to steal my $1,000 device.CAVEAT EMPTOR!

      Although I am a Verizon customer, I am told I can't get $25/mo. Internet. All my neighbors have it of which some are not verizon phone customers. I am told I can't get it because it's not available in my area. When I inform them that my next door neighbor has it, they then changed the story to, well there are NO MORE SLOTS. WTF
