      Worse customer service every.I was quoted one price and when I got ready to pay it was something else.Everytime I talk to someone it keeps going up.

      Go with a different service provider. They are awful, and I have been a loyal customer for almost two decades. There are choices, and I am reviewing mine and then switching after I file a complaint.

      Verizon charged me twice after I paid my bill and they when I called to talk to people they acted like I was not able to read my bill and talked to me like I was 2 I will be leaving Verizon soon Im over Verizon wireless

      I closed my Verizon account in April 2022. I had a credit balance due back to me in excess of $2,000. I have been trying to get my refund since May 2022. They keep telling me that they will issue a check on the next billing cycle but I've yet to receive my money.

      I enrolled in Auto pay and did not get it. Called Verizon spoke to ***** and *** both told me it would 1-2 billing cycles then I was told 2-3 billing cycles. I ask for a copy. I got a text message. I spoke to 5 people and got NOTHING. I did speak to supervisor's got nothing.

      Received a box in the mail from Verizon. Had to be signed for. Wasnt home so it was left on the porch. Called Verizon. Was told it was a free phone. Told them I didnt want it. Was told, Keep it, its free. Told them I didnt want it. Told again, Keep it, its free. Decided to take it to the local Verizon store. Was told they couldnt take it, that I would have to take it to corporate headquarters in another city. Went to corporate headquarters, waited in line just to be told that I would have to wait in line approximately one hour as there were people in front of me. So I asked the representative, Just so were clear. After trying to return it locally, driving to this city, to return something I didnt order, Im supposed to wait in line for an hour? Her response. Take it home, open it, and youll find a return label. Place the label on the box and put it in the mail. Got home, opened the box, and there is no return label. WORST customer service, EVER!!

      I've been a customer for 24 years. ********************** no longer cares about customer service or loyalty. I switched plans on 3 lines to an unlimited plan. What a disaster. It's been 4 months and they still can't correct my bill. One phone was lost in THEIR warehouse. They continue to over bill for the phones. They continue to add crazy charges that now I have to spend an hour on the phone to fix. I went into the store only to find out the wait is 3-4 hours. I will be switching after 24 years of loyal payments. Never once was I late on a bill. But, the NEW Verizon just doesn't care and it's time to try someone else. If I can save money with another carrier with bad service, I might as well since I paid a premium for Verizon bad service.

      I switched to Verizon from TMobile. The ad said free phone for signing up. I made sure I picked the free phone. Its not free at all. Only the first month is free. Im paying $30 a month for a free phone. And the service ***** on top of that. If I dont have wifi, I cant use my phone, the service is THAT bad. Boy, do I regret switching.

      Horrible customer service and app! Accidentally bought something off the app, messaged them right away to have it cancelled. Got a cancellation number but they still charged me with it. Ive been messaging and calling for several months still with no credit for it or getting the product. The sent an email and the end of July that I wont get the credit back. I never received the product either.
