      Verizon is not the Verizon that I used to know - may be because most of the good people left for other companies and foreigners are running the network. First my phone kept deregistering off the network - then my 800 numbers did not work leaving me stranded during a flight cancellation, and now no one can reach me even though everything is working, I am floored. I will have to go to TMO for sure

      Worst comapany to deal with! Payment of **** by phone is impossible! Entered all my numbers correctly. Rejected! Spoke to customer service who was unable to process w/out $10 payment. Requested supervisor. Waited 58 minutes for supervisor. Both agents polite but system failure!. Worst phone pay than ANY OTHER COMPANY! AND THIS IS A PHONE COMPANY!!!!

      I went online thinking it would be easier to have my service switched. Ordered my sim cards for three lines that I already had. Verizon contacted my old carrier and told them my lines were being ported off and gave them a date of disconnect. I had not even received my sim cards. I contacted Verizon via phone and went to three stores before demanding that if I did not receive a **** card, I was switching carriers. This was after two days of no service and spending $60 on a trac phone and minutes to have access to a phone. They put a sim card in my phone, but refused to give me a sim card for my other two phones, one of which was my mothers phone, who lives alone. I made a decision to switch to ***** They gave me my sim cards to put in my other phones with no hesitation or questions. Never will I ever go to Verizon again. This was the most stressful transition ever.

      The worst **** after you canceled. And you dont get any money back if you cancel in the middle of the month and Im still getting billed for months later

      They double charged my account causing it to go negative! I have 5 kids to feed and explained to the customer service rep that he was taking food from my kids! Told him that the **** would be paid next pay check and that I wanted the money back. He promised a refund but that it would take TEN business days! SERIOUSLY?! You can take my money instantaneous but can't give it back? Now today is day 10 and I have nothing to show! **************** rep I spoke with was a complete idiot and gave me different info every time I asked the same question. I'm getting fed up with them! Not only that, we were grandfathered into the original unlimited plan due to a discount through my husband's work.... they were offering free hulu and ****** plus but I told them if it was changing our plan I didn't want it! She swore it was just an upgrade which was a lie! Our plan changed and I'm so infuriated!!!!

      Verizon stole over a thousand dollars from me AFTER they confirmed that I returned the faulty device they sent me. I did everything they asked me to do and they still took over a thousand dollars from my account, which they claim will be returned. However, from reading other people's experiences who have had similar issues, they never return your money, they keep making excuses as if the customer is at fault, yet they claim to have the returned device and can't understand how they took they money. I am highly upset and have spent hours on the phone dealing with this. First they threatened to charge me, I had them "investigate" and they quickly located the device in ***** at their warehouse. I was guaranteed that I would not be charged for the device, but a month later they charged me anyway. I don't believe they will return my money and over a thousand dollars is a lot of money, which I worked hard for.

      I traded two cell phones (I phone 10) with with Verizon in January 2022 and the contract was that I would receive two new I phone 13 for free once I switch phone carriers I am still being charged for one phone and paying a service charge for the other. I have call **************** every month for the last four months and I get the same answer we have confirmed that you did send us two phones and on your next **** we will correct our errorBut each month I am still receiving a **** for the same issue I ask could they send my old phones back and that I would like to move on to another carrier but the answer is thats not possible because they do not have my phones anymore I still have a desire to move on from Verizon because I have no faith in their services. Since this company have broke the contract for these months I just want out of this contract and move on.

      DON'T USE VERIZON! THEY SELL YOU PHONES AND GIVE YOU A TRADE IN VALUE, BUT YOU HAVE TO STAY WITH VERIZON FOR YEARS AND YOU CANNOT LEAVE OR THEY TAKE THEIR TRADE IN VALUE BACK AND SEND YOU A **** FOR IT. THEY DON'T EXPLAIN THAT EITHER!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY DECEITFUL WHAT THEY HAVE DONE AND ARE DOING TO PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

      I don't know how the customer service people work with such a totally inept system. I signed up with Verizon when the $800 credit and $200 service switch promo was running. There was an issue with processing at the time and the customer service rep ran the process a second time. The issues were so extensive the store manager also got involved to get the order to process. This caused the system to create two separate accounts with two phones getting charged and billed. Yet no one could find the second account in the system. On top of that the $800 credit was missing along with the $200 credit (supposed to be issued July 9th but never was) and several hours spent on the phone with technical and customer service as it went beyond anything the store could do. Three months later and the full credit has not yet been received and I'm still getting two bills even though this was supposedly fixed. Stick with your current provider. The hassle and aggravation isn't worth it.

      I'm so tired of constant agreement updates not pointing out what has been changed again. This is no "agreement " we are forced to agree. They should state right in the beginning this is an agreement update and here is what has changed... I have also the past several weeks had to continuously reset my network settings I cannot connect to Wi-Fi's I don't get service when I'm off Wi-Fi or what on Wi-Fi half the time what is going on with this company if they can't get it together I'm switching carriers or maybe they should lower my over $200 **** every month
