      I had two lines with VZW. After the death of my wife, I cancelled her phone line. She had a ******* S21, and I had a ******* S10. I moved my chip over to the S21. With the next **** I found that my wife still owed money on the S21. I also noticed that my **** for one line increased by about 31 dollars. I was informed that I lost my discount because I cancelled the line. I decided to move my carrier to ******** and did so on 8/4/2022. I called Verizon and found that my final **** was $381.69. That included the payoff for the S21. I agree with the payoff price and agree to pay that sum, however seeing how Verizon charges a month in advance I will not pay for a line that I have no access to, and can't use. I would agree to pay any pro rated charges from July 21st up to 8/4/2022 that went over into the next billing time. My **** is not due until 8/13/2022, I am sending this on 8/9/2022

      Very disappointing. Since receiving my new phone, with, I assume, a used phone number, I have received far...FAR more spam phone calls than I have ever received in my life. Sadly...MORE sadly, I seem to only receive about 50% of the legit phone calls I receive, but 100% of the "Suspected Spam" phone calls seem to come through. Almost daily, I get alerts that I missed a call or message, but the phone never actually rings. I am very disappointed in Verizon as I have been under the impression for years...decades that they were the best. In my personal experience, this is the worst cellular experience I have ever had.

      I spent hours with customer service. In the end they wanted me to repeat all of the steps I had already taken to try and get my issues resolved on brand new device! I wish i had more time to get it resolved. And money to buy out the devices to get out of this company.

      Verizon Wireless is a total and complete rip-off and continues to raise their rates. Last invoice in July 2022 increased again with admin charges??? Really, they have farmed most of their customer service calls out to other countries so as to not have to hire a staff in *******. Been with them for 25 years and it is time to switch. Verizon Wireless simply *****. There's a slogan for you.

      Verizon wireless has completely tanked. On the east end of Long Island you have days that you can not text, you can not receive or make a call. This is totally unacceptable. Even my Verizon land line has taken a hit. You cant get a dial tone, or it takes a long time for the call to connect when dialing out. Shape up Verizon. This is totally unacceptable service for how much we have to pay. Where is all that money going to? Fix your service.

      Awesome Automotive towing from ******* did a great job handling my car towing it 35 miles. He was on time and professional . I'd use them again and refer him to anyone in need.

      Their unlimited plan is junk. Sounds great on paper but its like dial up when it works. Phone is useless for looking up anything off of Wi-Fi. I could have gotten an iPod if I need Wi-Fi all the time.

      This review is for the buying process & specific store, not the Verizon service. The Verizon service appears to be good. On 7/9/22 we went to the Verizon store at ********************************************************************. We worked with ******* the asst **** We had ******** & wanted to switch to Verizon. He told us if we switched ************ would get free ***************** He told my wife to pick out cases while he put chargers into a bag. He asked if we wanted the protection plan and we said No. We then did the data xfr from old to new phones. I was never told there was a fee for this VERY simple process. If he had, I would definitely have refused it. He then had me pay what he described as the ************* fees which came to $371.15. Later when I had a chance to download the invoice on-line I learned some very disturbing things. First He charged us for the phone **************** ($180) & he added the phone protection to our account. What makes this even more disturbing is the cold & calculated way he executed this rip-off. He looked both my ******** in the eye & flat out lied. Afterward I went back to confront him. He was not there however I spoke with **** the manager. Afterward **** agreed to refund the cases and chargers however he refused to do anything about the data Xfr fee. Although I am thankful **** did the right thing with the merch what made me even more suspecting of this store is the way he handled it. It was as if this whole scenario is nothing new. He gave no indication he was shocked or surprised by my encounter with ******* nor did he give me any meaningful apology or any assurance he would get to the bottom of it. I drove away with a very strong conviction that what happened to ******* wife is standard operating practice for this store. I will never shop here again nor would I recommend this store to anybody.

      Left Verizon 2 months ago because they couldn't match an offer from another carrier. Still owed on a phone and watch. Got a $260 final **** which is about what we expected to pay off devices. Kept getting a **** of $45. They never shut off the watch service. Found out we still owed on the watch as well. Asked them to apply what we had been paying on the watch service for 2 months towards what we owed on the watch as our service was suppose to be shut off months ago. The best I got them to do was apply $30 toward the watch instead of the $90 they billed us after service was canceled. We were customers for 15yrs. Seems they only care about new customers.

      I thought i heard good things about Verizon until i got in bed with them and men was it bad bad bad! first i bought their equipments and they did not seem to work both the phone and the fax machine. the team they gave me to be helping me with it was the worse as they had no clue as to what they were doing and it was calling each day to see if they fix it and they don't know how to. the phone cost us $200 and fax machine $80.after realizing that they have no clue to what they were doing we were able to return the phone with a request of a refund which was never given to us as each day was another story. when i was closing the account i had a balance of $40 and thy kept pretending that they refunded it which they did not. if you ask for proof and email saying that i got the refund they come up with excuses and lies. until today i never got any of my refunds... this company is a scam and have the worst customer services of all times
