Terrible service in our area,. Have been given the runaround by Verizon for well over six months and service has gotten worse.Have been promised a local tech person would come out, nothing. This is not just me but a local breakdown in service to our entire area.Dropped calls, calls that don't go through, no access to internet, bad service all around.Spent 3 hours of my day last week between on the phone with tech support advanced tech support and going to the Verizon store for a new sim card. A 3 hour waste of my life.Would just like them to be honest and own up.Will be looking for a new carrier.

I would give Verizon a 0 out of 5. They constantly lie and say no strings attached and what do you know cannot cancel my paid off phone plan without a $500 cancellation fee. Unacceptable, customer service was uninformed and unable to help even when getting a manager involved. Will never go back to them.

This is the worst company ever. Do not set up travel pass for international travel. They will charge you even if you do not instigate it (I had a totally different number while traveling and did not use my Verizon number apart from the first day I arrived). Even though their records show that I did not use travel pass, they refused reimbursement. They also took the automatic monthly payment to pay travel passes that I never instigated or used, then disconnected my account. When I came back into the US, I discovered that even though my automatic payment had gone through, I no longer had any service; thus, I had to pay a second monthly payment. When I called to inquire as to all of the charges, they said there was nothing that they could do about it, even if I hadn't instigated or used travel pass, and even though all of this information was in their records. In other words, I had to pay 100 dollars for a phone number that I only used 1 day in five weeks.

I made a payment arrangement and when I tried making the payment online, the site said I could only pay in store. I tried calling and I couldnt get thru for days. I decided to call from a different phone and immediately spoke to a representative. I was told they couldnt help me, so they just put a block on my calls.

After years with Verizon, including five lines, four devices, and a history of 100% on-time payments, I will no longer deal with the broken links, the unsent emails, the promises to send device return pouches, and the complete inability to talk to a human being. If Verizon has not been sued yet for its internal service policies, which make it completely impossible to either talk to a person or conduct business, I am certain that they soon will. Verizon may use "technology" as a reason why they can't attend to your request right now, but if you go through its service bot's routine long enough, you realize that the bot is programmed to not provide service. US businesses didn't used to be able to lie to customers at this level. Executives used to take responsibility for the accurate and timely service to customers. It appears that Verizon has taken a page from *************************** book: just keep lying, and eventually people will believe you.

Not happy with verizon. My wife and I switched over to them a few months ago and were told that with switching, my phone was eligible for an $800 credit. With that in mind we decided to switch over to them. When printing the shipping label, there was an error and they had to print a second one. They gave me a box and shipping label to send my old phone to their headquarters. They told me I had 30 days to deliver my old phone to get the credit. The day after I got the label I delivered my old phone, packed and with the shipping label to **** 30 days later I received a text saying that they never received my phone. After chasing this problem around for hours on 6/4/22, I was finally told by the store that there was a problem with the shipping label and that they would make sure I got my credit. I didn't think anything else about till 8/2/22.I looked at my phone **** and realized they were charging me for the promotion they gave me on my phone. After more calls and visits to the store, I found out they changed their story to saying they never received my phone. Previously, they indicated that they had received it.My wife finally went to the store in ***** ** (where we started the process) and spoke to the manager. After not being very helpful, he printed a new shipping label and told my wife it was a duplicate of the original so we could confirm it with customer service and get our credit. We checked the shipping label and called *** to see if it was attached to anything. Turns out, our suspicions were confirmed that this manager had printed a new label, knowing fully well that we would have no way to track it and get our phone. All in all verizon is refusing to honor their promise of providing and $800 credit to our account. They essentially stole $800 from us and refuse to take any blame when they messed up the shipping label in the first place. Now in order to move our phones to a different company, I have to pay several thousand dollars just to leave.

My grandfather is deceased and no matter how many times my grandmother and mother call, Verizon support never helps with cancelling his phone plan. Every month, it costs a different amount even though the phone is OFF. We would like to remove him phone number from the family plan and not have to pay for a number that is essentially offline.

Been with Verizon for 20 plus years. They keep upgrading their G service with the latest being 5G. In all reality the internet and especially voice service keep going downward. I live in northern ******* 6miles from the ******** line. Every day going to and from work I have 9 miles with 0 signal. I have tried multiple times to contact Verizon about this problem. Nothing gets fixed. I work within a radius of 15 miles most of the time and hardly ever see a full tower signal. Towers absolutely **** in this area. Obviously Verizon does not care about customer satisfaction as long as they get my $300 every month. Don't even want to get into their self destructive $200 phones they sell to you for $1000+ The game plan is to keep you under contract so you can't switch to another company. Verizon used to be the best phone company out there. Not anymore
