      Verizon seems to be running a "bait and switch" offering. I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. My wife and I had two mobile lines ($77 per month) and in May 2022 agreed to add Verizon LTE for an additional $25 per month under a special promotion - sold by representative **** in May, 2022 . Instead of the new monthly billing being $102 ($77 plus 25) plus tax as promised, I have been billed $166 per month since May. Each month I have spent hours on the call to have the billing adjusted, however, the next month it increases to $166 again. I have spoken to customer service several times to try to correct this billing error: ( 5/1/22 - ***** - rep; 5/20/22; 6/3 ****** Supervisor; 7/1 Ambe *************** Supervisor; 7/1 ************* ****** Supervisor; and ***** - rep). All have agreed it is not my fault, however, they are trying to fix the error with the company billing software. They have been unable to fix the problem. I need help!!!

      On April 29, 2022 I upgraded all of the phones on my line. I had a discrepancy with one of the phones ordered starting with the delivery of the phone to my daughter who was away @ college during this time. Her phone was sent to me so I had to sh and ip it to her location which costs me additional money out of pocket. When I placed the order the rep failed to inform me of the additional taxes for online orders which means my order costs me twice as much as it should. To get upgrade credit each phone must be individually sent which I was not told so the iPhones all costs me additional money due to the company did not send me the necessary return labels or boxes. After 3 weeks, I was finally able to get the labels emailed but I had to purchase return boxes for $7/each. My out of town phone needed to be exchanged for functionality reasons but the trade in was not listed until my 30 days to return had elapsed. Although I had several conversations with multiple people and was promised I could bring the phone back and pay for a different phone, the ** of customer service sent me an email stating my exchange was not possible. If you expect service for your exorbitant payments, think again. Verizon will not honor their commitment to you.

      after switching to verizon and getting the 2 land land phones. it took them 6 weeks to get them working i got a **** for over ****** for phones not working. they added 6 lines to my **** that i don't have phones for we have there one talk lines that are junk. they don't ring throw cust.. are told that it a non working # and can not be reached. after spending 20 hours with there tec. **** .they can not un block there phones. i still have no working phones and are trying to move them

      I put in an order for a phone and service from Verizon Wireless maybe around 5/1/22. Changed my mind while it was in the mail, returned package unopened 5/7/22. They been sending me emails since insisting I owe them money. Now today 7/30/22 they have taken $150.71 from my pre-paid account.?

      I was approved for financing for up to **** dollars on 7/23/2022. I tried placing my order online but my payment method kept declining even though the funds were there. I went to a store 30 minutes away and was told there was a 48 hour hold on the application. I waited until the hold was released, contacted fraud prevention, provided a front and back copy of my drivers license and was told the hold was released. I went back to the store, they ran a new application even though I provided the existing application ID. There was another hold placed on the new application and I had to wait until 7/29/22 , call fraud prevention and follow the same steps as previously. I was told this happens on each new application. I asked the rep how was it best to proceed with the order and he explained that I could complete my order online, in store or over the phone. I attempted online first and once again, the payment declined. I called sales and the payment declined as well. I went in store and was told I need to accept the terms and conditions. I called fraud prevention and was told that my drivers license wasnt validated. I spoke to a supervisor who is highly untrained and couldnt explain or empathize with me and what Id gone through. I called ******** and got approved for 15 lines. I shouldve started there. Verizon is a hoax!

      I called in April when my father to have his line canceled. I received a email today from Verizon sending me a new phone for that line. I called, why are you sending me a phone for a line that was canceled? It was never cancelled, we have no record of that. So i got to pay for it for the last 3 months and they don't care-my problem.

      Went to Verizon to upgrade my phone because they were running a promotion. Stopped by the internet was down no problem it happens. Stopped by again today to do the up grade get done go to swipe my card for down payment and the guy tells me offer ended at 12:00 today. (WOW) is all I can say! Terrible business

      so this company has gone the drain can not get into your account because the reception ***** or you have none why pay when you have no service they lied and said they were working on it been over a month Did not want to give any stars but had to

      We got Verizon service a long time ago because we live outside the city limits & my home, *******, is in the country. Verizon worked back then but in recent years it has gotten worse & worse, when I go to my parents. Ive just about given up on calling people, when Im there. Most times I can get text messages thru sometimes I have to find a spot for a signal to send a text. Cell phone service has gotten progressively worse where I live. My calls drop, I can not call people back in the area, etc. Its just ridiculous especially how much we are paying for cell phone service!
