They will steal from you and feel no shame. I sent a phone back that was in perfect condition and they are saying it was cracked. It was not cracked when I packaged it in the box. They are now keeping the phone and still making me pay for the phone in full. I should at least get the phone back so I can fix it and sell it on my own if I am paying for the device in full. This is completely unacceptable.

First off we have been Verizon customers for a very long time. We opted to renew our plan and take advantage of the $700 credit for EACH device that qualifies after finding BOTH our phones quality. We asked for them not to charge us the upgrade/activation fee bc we do it ourselves they assured us we wouldnt be charged for it. Later we found out we were charged for it and then asked them to remove it after a run around we were able to remove one fee and Kept the other even though Verizon did nothing but ship us the phones but thats another story and not why Im writing this review. After waiting a few days for our packages to trade in our returns we only received one. We consulted with our sister in law who just prior to us did this deal and she said she had a hard time getting credit for two phones after turning them both in one package even tho Verizon advised her to do so. We contacted Verizon to inform them we needed two. They then said they shipped us two but would ship us another. Few days passed and we didnt receive it. We then did this same process another two times. Finally the last Verizon rep we talked to said he cant ship it to a P.O. or ******. Which we are neither of thoes. He then asked asked my wife to get on and request one herself which we didnt even know was an option. Well the one she got on and requested didnt ship either. So now we are only a few days shy of our 30 day return policy and have to purchase a package to send in our second phone. All this is very suspicion like they are unethically trying to charge us for our new phones bc we never returned them even tho we contacted them multiple times requesting a package to do so. Not to mention the hrs my wife spent on the phone with Verizon people trying to solve this issue. Not sure when customer service went out the window but it has been going down hill everywhere its time we start holding businesses accountable for poor customer service.

Traded in my S10 phone for a $800 credit towards the S21. Sent my old phone back using the ***** label they mailed to me. Called a month later when the credit towards the new phone was not applied. **************** confirmed the trade in and said it will take a couple months to apply credit.. 8 months later, still no credit and now they have no record of the trade in, their ***** number, my old phone, or the phone conversations. They told me that I have to contact ***** to get tracking number on their prepaid label but ***** can't provide info without their tracking number. Verizon refuses to look into it and only provides excuses faulting me for not keeping thier information such as their tracking number and the old phones information to identify it.

I am a first responder who Verizon gives a discount but takes it off without warning for you to revalidate but charge you a extra 50 a month for 1 or 2 billing cycles. This is poor business practices that need to be addressed and customer service is not help saying nothing they can do

5G Home Internet is a DISASTER. I have had Verizon wireless for a decade, I decided to try their home internet solution. It failed spectacularly. It took three different tries to get the proper router delivered, and when it got here it had a faulty antenna. I went to the store to return it, nope. You have to get a special box and mail it back in. I went to the store to get a new box, nope. When I entered my address the Verizon store system said that my address did not qualify for their 5G home service. Then why did they mail me 2 modems?!? Neither one worked, one had a warranty issue, and even after I sent them back in I get daily emails saying I have to pay them $200 b/c I didn't return it...except I provided a tracking number and their warehouse confirmed receipt. Customer Svc tried to help me, but the problems were too numerous and too big for them to fix. After 3 (THREE) tries to get this system to work, 3 different modems, 10+ phone calls, 4 store visits, I have given up. I recommend you NEVER attempt to use Verizon home internet, and I am now looking to change my wireless service. Absolute trash experience. My Dog could do a better job as their CEO.

Spoke to a women at Verizon and was told if I upgrade my plan and and set up autopay I would save ***** a month plus I get another ***** for being 55 and older the loyalty discount. Well my **** is the same as it was with the plan I had. Time to dump Verizon and go to ******** its less then half the cost of Verizon with the same. They need to stop lying to the customers

I purchased a new iphone on the Verizon website. While it was being shipped to my residence in *******, ** my mother suffered from a significant stroke in ******, **, thus leading me to get on a plane to ****** where I spent the next 45 days. By the time I got back to my new phone in ******* and went to turn it on it prompted me to input SOMEONE ELSES Apple ID. Let me rephrase this I purchased what was supposed to be a NEW iPhone 13 for around $1,000 and was shipped a USED iPhone 13. Seeing as it was past the 30 day return window due to my family emergency I was offered a refurbished replacement phone. I told them not to worry about it because waiting for another used phone when I paid for a new phone in the first place seemed like robbery; however, once I started using the phone I noticed it freezing several times a day, not letting me make calls, and getting extremely hot while charging. I called Verizon back and was told they could only send me a refurbished phone, so I reluctantly agreed as I was assured it would work properly. Not only does this refurbished phone still have the freezing issues but the battery life is terrible. So, I called Verizon again and this time was told they would send me a NEW phone which is what they should have done in the first place considered I paid for a new phone but never received a new one. That phone came yesterday and low and behold its refurbished. At this point I dont even care about the money. This is about a crooked company shipping people used phones when they pay for a new one then telling them there is nothing they can do about it. Verizon executives need to take a look in the mirror and ask themselves if they are good people or not. and it seems the latter. Thanks for stealing my money and wasting my time.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. After recently transferring several lines out of Verizon to another service I spoke with supervisor ***** who advised that my monthly **** would be $5 to pay for a device to keep my account active and have my device trade in credit active. After speaking with ***** I received a **** 2 days later for over $500 from Verizon. I called Verizon and after an hour of dealing with a customer service representative got transferred to a supervisor named ******. ****** refused to listen to the recording where I was promised the device credit and the monthly payment for $5 and refused to honor the promise I was given. After years of having a Verizon account I closed my account while on the phone with ****** as this is not the first time I have been lied to by Verizon.......but it will be the last time! Go with a different phone service if possible as Verizon will not honor anything they promise you, all they want is as much of your money they can get.

Verizon agent told my my Apple Watch was activated. Then a month later I received an email if I did not activate I would be forced to buy the watch at full price. I called. They told me dont worry about it. Its fixed. Then a few months later my phone was off. They told me I was forced to buy the watch and the watch has been suspended for 2 months. They tried to force me to pay my past balance due to turn my phone on even though I paid my **** 14 days before this call. Horrible customer service. Cant wait to go back to att where the service is impeccable and monthly bills are lower.

Upgraded from promotion.Had horrible voice recognition. Complained and sought help from time phones were bought without any resolution. Told by supervisor to check phone at the apple store since they would not exchange. Told it was the service. Changed company. Was quoted a price for leavings. **** was doubled. Called about it for clarification. Asked to have is spread over several months but was denied. Have had Verizon wireless form many many years but never have been treated so poorly and mislead. Very poor options after leaving. Service has declined greatly over the years as well.
