      After being with verizon wireless for over 20 years they had charged over $600 for a phone call my child made on a phone with parental controls enabled where international calling should be disabled by default. Initially on 7/17 they told me they would waive the charge after taking full responsibility for the failure of the parental controls, but then I received a **** for over **** dollars. After fighting with them for many hours this morning, they admitted to 1) not disclosing to a child (or parents) that the phone call to a US number while they were overseas would be considered an international call 2) Not having ANY indication on the current report or website that they call was in fact international (Under "talk minutes" it still comes up as "domestic") and 3) agreeing to waive it on 7/17. Yet still, this greedy corporation is charging our family hundreds of dollars for one phone call!!! The agent had the audacity to tell me to "talk to my child about making international calls." There was no way my child (or myself) could know that his friend had flown over seas the night before. It should be illegal to charge children hundreds of dollars without disclosing that they would before the call is made! They also refused to provide me the a transcript of the chat discussion, but I am grateful for having pictures of it. I will be moving to another wireless carrier, and am really sad about the lack of values and morals in these corporations.

      This company is terrible. We have a business account with them that includes 10 obsolete ipads. I called Verizon to get them removed. Promised that they were being removed the first 2 phone calls and then the next month's **** shows up and they are still on there. I'm on my 3rd call right now. This business is so **** crooked and sorry. Just calling them I have to get myself pumped up to get bounced around on their phone tree and then finally get to the "right" person and then moved to someone else. Just do what you say you are going to do and remove the bills. What's so hard about that.

      I have cancer and my phone was having a known issue where the audio cut out. Despite me telling them this was effecting me making my chemo appointments they said they could only send same make and model phone (I had already tried two, same issue). I'll be switching to ****

      **************** is awful. Cannot get answers on the phone. Everything is automatic. Could not get answers to my questions. Went to the Verizon center and was completely ignored. No one greeted me. After 10 minutes of being ignored I left there and went over to TMobile after 30 years with Verizon. I have switched to TMobile and I am very pleased with my customer service.

      Misleading price information to Sell their service. I called Verizon 5 times to complain about their **** being incorrect. The amount has varied from ****** to ****** thru June of 2022. Not one of the amounts were the original agreed amount. Their customer no service **** has only frustrated me. just rec. August **** ******. I asked for itemized **** from the begining. They charge **** for each month and it is not itemized.

      Pushing 2 months now I have limited **************** on my cell (Galaxy S21 Ultra 5g).I have worked with customer service many times, tried many things and nothing.2 weeks ago, I was told a new sim card would be sent out. (another guess as a solution) a few days later, no card....I contact customer service again and asked. They don't see a record of it. They said they will send one out. I contacted them today....still no record of it.I do not see the purpose of paying a **** that i do not get service on.

      I'm a new customer and I've had a bad experience from the start. I've never encountered problems like these with any other internet provider. I had to wait 6 days to get my service set-up. I kept having to call their service department to find out what the issue was. I was told something different each time. No one was on the same page. I kept getting transferred to people who didn't know how to fix my problem. Eventually, that was fixed, but it was just luck.Then I got my first ****. I was charged an extra amount beyond my normal monthly charges. They called them "prorated charges." My service start date and my **** start date were not the same day. I called customer service again. The guy I talked to couldn't give me a definitive answer as to why my **** date and service date weren't the same date. I asked to talk to a supervisor. She gave me some serious attitude and couldn't answer my questions either. She eventually realized the charges were too high and reduced them. This is ridiculous! I shouldn't have been charged anything extra. My **** date and start date should be the same day and I shouldn't have had to pay any more charges. No one in this company knows what they are doing and their customer service is atrocious. Something needs to be done!

      They promised excellent tower service for my home address and I only get 1 bar or no bars, when I try to bring up sites and video clips my phone just buffers. I pay $140 per month for crappy service and my roommate pays $50/month and has 5 bars and excellent service. Verizon says there is only 1 tower towards my area and it's overloaded and there's nothing they can do. Right now I still have 9 more months of crappy service with this company because of the phone contract in order to be able to keep my phone and then go to a different cellular company. I've spent numerous hours complaining to their tech support people and being on hold and dropped calls and they don't call back.

      Back in May I took advantage of their $700 trade in value. At this point they seem to have forgotten and are not going to ********* the $700 trade in value. Even their other stores admit that they documented the $700 I was guaranteed to receive and now I'm told no I don't get the rebate.

      I went to the ***** Blvd store near ***********. As a skeptic of " authorized dealer ls" I would always try to find a corporate store or do everything online. A nice gentleman named **** took care of me beyond my wildest expectations. Not only will I look to do all my business at authorized dealers in future but I will go the ********************************************* hopes that **** is available to assist me with any issues. As a loyal customer to ********************** even before they were Verizon, I have never been more satisfied with my service. Thank you ****. Sincerely, *************************
