      Ridiculously long times for any chat/call customer service. I spent 2 hours on a chat just to get disconnected and have to start all over and spend another hour on the phone for a simple transfer of data from one phone to another. Every time I have to reach out to their customer service, it's a minimum of an hour even for the most basic questions. Verizon only values their bottom dollar, not their customer's time. Also - each time I've made changes to my account (ex: new phone), somehow any monthly discounts applied to my billing disappear and I have to waste another hour of my time chatting/calling to get it straightened back out again. I've been a Verizon customer for 19 years but am seriously considering switching to another provider. Extremely frustrated with their lack of consideration for the customer at this point.

      I first became a Verizon customer in 1997. I am retired on a fixed income and needed a better deal. No such thing with Verizon, so I switched to Xfinity. I had 2 numbers. One of the numbers was not pulled over, why i dont know, I had to get a new number. Verizon kept billing me for a number that doesnt exist. Finally had the old number disconnected. Unfortunately Verizon would not wave any of $240 charge. A billion dollar company would not help a retired teacher.

      Verizon service is crappy. We have a prepaid plan and anytime we travel even after we enable travel pass it does not work. Verizon keep selling the post paid plan. Crappy service and customer service is ridivulous

      We signed up two weeks ago as a ******* customer for our business, they have passed us to three reps who have failed to set it up properly. They now have our business nunber in limbo and cant figure out how to get it working and they're costing us thousands of dollars as our number has been down for two weeks. They only want me to call customer service where I've been hung up on and again its been two weeks without resolution. If this doesn't get fixed in the next two days we will be pulling out not only as a business but our personal accounts and making sure everyone knows our story and how they have destroyed our company!

      Terrible customer experience at local ************ ********************** Corporate Store.I went in for some Assistance with resetting my old iPhone and iPad, I was treated like I was a moron by the young Black man, 1 of 2 employees. He looked away and at the ceiling as I was trying to explain what I needed. He was as rude as can be. He then chose to ignore me and move on to next customer, who clearly Told HIM, he should assist me first, He tossed his hand at me and said No. because I said I was an older person and not real techy he thought he should lecture me in front of everyone there that this is a digital age and we need to learn! I have HAS this business account with you for years and I will NOW LIKELY CHANGE IT AND END OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR COMPANY UNLESS I GET A DIRECT APOLOGY, I had a witness with me and I then asked for the Business *** and he informed me they dont HAVE ONE, although supposedly its a corporate store, then he shoved me onto a young woman who informed me she had only been there 2-3 months and he knew more than her. I was very insulted and if THIS is the best your Company can do and how you choose to treat LONG time clients, we want nothing g to do with you! Kindly contact me on my cellphone within the week!

      Verizon is straight garbage! I have **** (they're not far behind), called them for faster internet; I was advised that I had to get a new router from Verizon! I've been hung up on, cold transferred without notice (from both companies). One Verizon *** answered- I could bearly hear her...then she asked me to hold but muted me a few times for several minutes (not a sound of music). Plus, I do call center work so I know the games!There was to much incompetence for a simple request...a simple question turned into a 10 day battle with these clowns (both companies). Verizon couldn't give me anything service for free! And **** is close to being cancelled.

      Terrible ! **************** is non existent. More than frustrating all one gets is robots and the proverbial auto robo service run around , Im looking for another carrier 2 hours with 3 representatives no resolution total grief and frustration. How this company stays business Is un fathomable. You get industrialist or ********* and they make you feel stupid for calling if tell you how I really feel but I had 3 hours to cool down

      I have been with Verizon for 25 years and my service ***** at my home that I have been at for the last 25 years. There service use to be great great at my house. I called them to see what can be done and they sold me on getting a new 5g phone that will take care of all my service issues at home. I took their advice and bought an iPhone 15 pro. I get the phone and have the same strive issues. I also find out that their is NO 5G towers in my neighbor hood. Switching to ATT&T

      Terrible, they run you in loops, you have to make multiple calls to get a tech who can do anything useful, they're charging me for a router I returned, avoid them at all costs
