      My In-laws transferred from **** and opened account on 3/12/25. It has been an absolute nightmare getting them the credit/offer that was offered to them. After 5hr, 3hr and 2hr meeting with the ******, Ohio service people, nothing was accomplished. We even resorted to calling Verizon customer support line, with no end, totally up to 8hrs recorded phone interaction time. *******, ********(I heard moved to the ******** office location), ****, ********, ******(Asst ******** ******* have no idea what they are doing and would not recommend opening account at the ****** location. **** even went to extreme to "fake" pretend showing them the gift card that was posted to their account, which was a lie! He only did this to get them out of the store because they were there the day before for 5hrs without a resolution. After speaking to over 14 customer service support agents and opening an escalation case, I pray they finally get the corrected rebate they were offered by ******* and ******** on 3/12/25. This has been one of the worst experience they have ever endured. As of 6/9/25 they have not recieved their rebate. Let's hope someone in the escalation department does their job right this time!!!!!! What a joke!

      Had Verizon for 20 years I had heart surgery had to stop one payment on my account so I called them and told them if they could wait 10 days till I got my next check they couldnt wait so they had to go up on my bill $30 because they wouldnt allow me to continue my auto payment because I was late 10 days they have no compassion no nothing its all about the Almighty dollar and whatever the computer tells them and their service has gone downhill. T-Mobile service has gotten way better. I have a phone with them and the service is actually better. I have been on the phone also with Verizon probably 25 or 30 times for hours on end where they told me the Tablet I got was free but they keep charging me. They cannot get it straight. Verizon is the worst company to deal with I have ever dealt with, I would not recommend them to anyone

      I have been with Verizon for 19 years. They are not accountable. They promise discounts and promotions that never show up on your bill. Speaking to somebody regarding this is almost impossible and if you do get ahold of a live person, it goes nowhere. I should have left them years ago, but didn't want the hassle of switching to another provider. Stay away from Verizon,

      They dont deserve 1 star. Verizon provided terrible service for the 9 days that I attempted to use them. I wasnt able to receive calls or texts for half of that time. They charged me $391 for those 9 days. I made many calls to customer service and they didnt follow through with any of things we agreed on. Of course the guy on the phone did not make notes on the account with those things he agreed to such as fixing my bill. He didnt lower it at all. They sent me to collections after I paid the amount we agreed I owed. They dont honor promotions and overcharge as much as possible. I would recommend any carrier over Verizon. They transfer you a million times, make you repeat yourself to every person they transfer you to and then dont follow through with what they say.

      I was a loyal Verizon customer for 12 years but unfortunately, that loyalty was not returned.They removed my veteran discount without notifying me, and for 10 months I was overcharged. When I finally caught it, they refused to retroactively honor the discount even though the mistake was on their end.I was also misled when I asked to pause my service while traveling abroad. They told me it would be paused, but that turned out to be untrue. I ended up using their international plan, which is a complete failure. You only get 10GB of data, and once its used up, your phone essentially becomes useless. Not exactly ideal when you're in another country.Verizon used to be a great company, but now theyve become overpriced, impersonal, and out of touch with the customers that built them. They're too big to care, and I hope capitalism does what it does best reward companies that actually value their customers.

      they are leaving me about **************************** crazy i hate this buz they also when i did use them and they dump them they tried to put a new phone number on my phone from verizon when i now have a good one Spectrum! They wont leave me alone and they keep trying to steal phone service weird i cant get them to stop they need to leave me alone! they were trying to steal the phone back by keep putting a new number on phone when my sim card is Spectrum which is great!

      They have left my 88yo aunt with a scam bill for $8k with no assistances, even charging late charges while they investigated for 7 months. I even sent them ************ reports. No help at all & wont answer my calls now. All I asked *** for was to remove late charges. My aunt even worked her whole career for ***, its an awful shame!

      The WORST customer service ever. I have spent hours on chat and on the phone over the past week. I wasted an entire Saturday sitting at home waiting on a delivery for an order that they lied about shipping. I have paid for the phone twice and they cant find the receipt to give me a refund, I am also due a $300 rebate which they cant make happen because they cant figure out how to apply it to one of the two phones they charged me for. Everyone person you speak to have a different answer, they dont listen to what you are saying and there is a 20 minute gap between each reply on chat. Their lack of support and care given to customers that they are contracted with should be criminal. I believe they make it this hard on purpose so people dont leave. I imagine cancelling my account would be just as hard as trying to resolve the many issues I am currently facing. I expect VERIZON to refund my $70 for the second phone order not received, $300 for the rebate I am due and a commercial gesture waiving my activation fees based on ALL of the time I have invested trying to resolve their issues. I respectfully request this resolution with 48 hours

      I wanted to change my plan and get 2 phones with their package but the phones never showed. I contacted them and they said my order was canceled but wouldn't tell me why or by who as I continued to pay for the more expensive plan. I contacted them many times trying to place my order and even asked for a confirmation email but they never sent it. They said they couldn't put in a new order for me cause I canceled two orders. The first one as I said was randomly canceled and the second one I did cancel due to them putting in the wrong information in the order. They gave me horrible customer service as they never answered my questions and would constantly cut me off. Any other provider is better and I am looking to change my self.

      Verizon customer for 29 years. Canceled everything for our business. Had 15 lines. Moved everything to T-Mobile and the experience has been a delightful change. It is a shame that Verizon doesn't care anymore. We were set up on auto-payment and they over-charged us by over $10K. Said it will take up to 8 wks for them to decide whether they are going to refund it or not. Turned this over to our corporate attorney for fraud. Never again. Horrible.
