      If I could leave fewer stars I would. This is one of the worst companies to TRY to Work with. They use a bait and switch Technique and turn you in circles until they have you so confused and waste so much of your time that you give up I am finally going to change to T-Mobile after months of aggravation and lies so disappointing because years ago Verizon had changed their tune and started providing better service now its worse than ever!STAY AWAY AND BEWARE!

      I've been a customer through your affiliate Straight Talk Wireless, Which is Verizon, and you now give people brand new phones with a charger that is incapable of charging the phone. There's no way to plug it in anywhere so I'm left with a phone I can't charge. I use an old charger and I get "slow charging," which now takes 12 hours to charge my phone. This is entirely unacceptable. |f you can't provide your customers with a working charger that they can actually plug into the wall and charge their phone, you have no business selling any phones what so ever. 1 Star.

      For over 20 years we have been Verizon Customers. In that time we have occasionally disagreed with the practices, however in the past 5 years Verizon has become something new all-together: Verizon is now a fundamentally dishonest company. They seem to encourage a culture of lying, dishonesty, and misrepresentation. Complaints, unjustified charges, rate hikes, and other abuses of their customers are explained away as always having been there, or completely legitimate. There seems to be no way to resolve an issue once Verizon has decided to take more than it has agreed to do. The cell service is also much worse than it has been in the past, spotty, and slow. Although there seem to be still some good and honest people there, they are the exception, no longer the rule. They seem to live by the new Corporate Motto: Buyer Beware!

      This company lied to us. Said we would have 2 free phones with Verizon. They changed our other plans without permission, but did change them back. Assured me we would see credit for phones on bill. Never happened. ***** a ****** review and told to contact territory rep. Never received a response. Suggest you go to an official Verizon store run from this one!

      Not only is the service expensive, when you change carriers, you no longer have access to the Verizon app. If you are enrolled in autopay, it doesnt cancel and they continue to withdraw as long as there is a balance. They withdrew 600$+ at one point.

      I am going back to xfinity. I believe these people took my information and sold it for fraud. I spoke with someone for am hour yesterday updating my address, payment date etc for none of that to be completed. Spoke with some girl name Pesla. She was speaking to me with food in her mouth. Just disgusting. They take no accountability for their actions. This is what I get for trying to be affordable. I'd rather pay the money than deal with incompetence like this. F you verizon.

      My son needed a new phone (his had a defect and naturally the warranty expired), so I paid off the phone and got a new one. The salesman never told me another phone line was going to be created, and set up the phone with my sons existing number. I got the monthly bill and it skyrocketed. A call to customer service to cancel this ghost line was supposed to lower my bill. My next bill was over $1,400!!! Ive been fighting with Verizon for over 4 months trying to get this resolved. They just texted me that my new bill is $2,022.75!!! Nobody will truly help you; they say they are but nothing changes. I was told the corporate store on ******** **, in Pittsburgh has monthly sales quotas that they meet by upgrading devices without disclosing theyre adding another line to your account. Upgrades can be done without messing with your account. But apparently they either dont know how to do this or theyre intentionally messing up. Unfortunately a 1-star review was the lowest I could give.

      I called regarding charges in my cell phone that was over $250 and were told that my cell phone number was compromised and someone was making long distance calls to ****** and ***** with that number. They told me to get a new line and sent me a new phone with a new number. Later I find out the calls were not fraudulent but were WhatsApp calls made thru WiFi and I got charged for those calls. Now I have never been charged with making ******** calls using my home network so I dont know what that was all about. Long story short, they sent me a new phone line which I didnt want and also charged me for making calls on WhatsApp which I shouldnt have been charged.

      Corporate really needs to take a look into the practices going on at this location. The managers sit in the back of the office while the sales associates lie and rip the customers off. I went back the next morning to return the phones that I had for less than 24 hours and they tried to rip me off on the taxes I paid of $223.15 for the apple I phones I returned. I asked for a detailed receipt as I did not get one the nght before, and the associate told me it would take a while for him to do that. I stated I will wait as I had all day and his reply was.. "yeah, me too Im here until 5:30". They also had customers sitting around and socalizing with the workers who were not helping the paying customers.The *** and *** needs to investagate the practices of this store trying to keep the taxes on returned product as this is against the law.
