      Corporate really needs to take a look into the practices going on at this location. The managers sit in the back of the office while the sales associates lie and rip the customers off. I went back the next morning to return the phones that I had for less than 24 hours and they tried to rip me off on the taxes I paid of $223.15 for the apple I phones I returned. I asked for a detailed receipt as I did not get one the nght before, and the associate told me it would take a while for him to do that. I stated I will wait as I had all day and his reply was.. "yeah, me too Im here until 5:30". They also had customers sitting around and socalizing with the workers who were not helping the paying customers.The *** and *** needs to investagate the practices of this store trying to keep the taxes on returned product as this is against the law.

      ********. It was bait and switch. We were told it would be one price and it's more than double that. Our wireless phones are stuck in limbo with porting. They won't listen and charge fees for "set up" and then keep double talking all the reasons why you should get extras. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

      Their customer service *****. I was on the phone with them for an hour and a half and they still didnt help me. Also they sent my bill to the wrong address at my old house when they sent me the Internet box to the new address so how did they mess that up? They **** cant even get my phone number right!!!

      Worse wireless company. I moved to an area where my T-Mobile service was a bit spotty. So, I moved to Verizon since they promised better service. Long story short. After 3 months of use I experienced that the service was worse than T-Mobile (overall). Then, when I switched back to T-mobile, I got hit with a $3,417.83 bill. **************** is 100% worse then T-Mobile. The ** is so bad that you get stuck with it for at least 20 minutes every time that you call then you get stuck on hold for more than 20 minutes. Last, customer service representatives provide false information. So much so, that they had me drive back to the store where I bought an iPhone that was fully paid - 1 hour from home only to be told that there is nothing that they can about about device that was returned. **************** also suggested that I call the police if the store manager does not refund me the money. Complete disappointed. Lost a lot of money and time. ****** learned I guess.

      My cell service doesn't work most of the time from my home. I'm in an area that's supposed to be covered and it doesn't work. Most of my calls don't go through. I have to use my wifi to use my phone. At other places I frequent, the signal doesn't go through. Why am I paying all this money for such crappy signal?

      This company charges the most for subpar service. Has locked a phone that I purchased for over $800 not allowing me to switch carriers and does not answer customers calling, just has a robot repeat messages to you.

      This company has hidden fraudulent fees and is has nefarious business practices and horrible outsourced customer service that does NOTHING to help you. I am planning to switch when I pay off my phones and then I plan to switch my internet and tvs to another computer too.

      I rated Verizon one star as a zero is not an option.I had Verizon cell service almost five years back but and I have been receiving correspondence from this fraudulent company about every ***** days asking for approximately $160. I paid Verizon everything that they stated I owed when I terminated my cell service with them. They have never defined why I still owe them money. Everyone take heed and stay away from this fraudulent and deceitful company. I will never be blackmailed nor intimidated by these thieves. I have had experience with several cell phone companies over the last twenty five years and never encountered such a lack of honesty. Listen carefully Verizon as I will discourage anyone I know to avoid your group of thieves and crooks. This company is rated a one star average and I fully understand why. I will never change my rating until I receive a formal apology from these thieves.Dont walk but run from these greedy thieves.

      I've had this carrier for over ten years.... THEY ARE HORRIBLE. WORSE IS THEY WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR NUMBER. MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE IN CRICKET AND VERIZON FOR OVER E HOURS AND LEFT. I HAVE TWO. MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER. IM3 DONE PAYING VERIZON PRICES SO AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH I WENT TO A CRICKET STORE TO TRANSFER SERVICE. MY TRANSFER PIN WORKED. MY DAUGHTERS DID NOT. WE WERE IN CRICKET ON THE PHONE WITH VERIZON "CUSTOMER SERVICE" FOR OVER THREE HOURS. THDN I WALKED TO VERIZON AND THE DISTRICT MANAGER WAS IN THE STORE. ANOTHER PIN SENT. 6 PINS AND E HOURS LATER MY DAUGHTER AND I LEFT.... THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. WE WILLBE CHANGING ROVIDERS
