      This is without a doubt, the worst home warranty company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!Their customer service team is an absolute joke. Whenever you want to speak to someone, you have to leave a number and wait for them to get around to calling you back. They have never answered the phone and from the sound of their messaging system, their only option is to leave your number and wait for them to finally getting around to calling you.When somebody does call you back, they have no idea whats going on with your claim and theyll promise to find out and call you back and that never happens.Needless to say, Ill never buy a choice home warranty again!

      They denied my initial claim and not normal wear and tear put in a second (as I was trying to get another company) and they are taking over a week to send someone. The ** isnt working at its a heat wave in the high 90s this week. Worst company ever

      Most horrible home warranty company. Kept charging me for months after my policy had already expired and didn't even give me a refund as the money was taken without consent for a policy renewal. ************* had already told me that if you don't renew, the policy will get cancelled after expiration but actually they kept auto charging fees monthly even after expiration as an "auto renewal". Such ridiculous money hungry company.

      We bought this home warranty five years ago and had have had nothing but issues. The reason we bought it was for when big ticket break in our house. We were on the phone with them for an hour before we purchased. It asked all the questions and thought we werenot being lied to they will not cover a thing. Theyre the most terrible company weve ever worked with. They raised the fee that you pay when they come in the door, even though I hada contract that started with 60 it went up to 65. Our air conditioning broke and they wont cover it because they said they dont coverit when something leaks well thats not what they told us when we asked and they have tape recorded phone calls and wont pull them up. Do not buy this home warranty. They are terrible to work with they take days to get back to you, they have terrible customer serviceand the people that come out here arent always that great.

      DO NOT waste your money, read what is excluded on warranty and expect things to not get fix or worst tech will break your asset. They send third party to work on your request/issue and if the tech s**** up or break it further CHW will not cover and will send you to the third party to fix or correct the issue. NO NO NO. I do not recommend CHW to anyone and there is a reason they are not on BBB

      Choice home warranty is the worst company. Don't ever, ever, ever, ever, fall for this service scam. It nearly cost a life. I filed my claim in April/25, they approved my claim. But it is now June, 3 months after, they have not followed up with my claim for a broken air conditioning. Every time I call, they transfer me to different people saying my case manager. But no case manager called me back. Their names are: *****, Quedea and *****. I have a sick person in my home and hard of breathing. We are experiencing the summer heat now. I cancelled my claim but they don't want to reimburse my premiums saying "that's not the way it works". Right. Are these delays and not wanting to pay this company works? I am so frustrated and deceived. I called a private ************* in 3 days they installed my air conditioner.

      Choice Home Warranty declined my claim when it should have been covered under the policy. These people rip you off on the amount of money you pay in yearly.

      *** has raised my monthly payment and service charge fee without notifying me first. Then when I do file a claim, I have to wait days of them telling me they cant find a technician. So they offer me a reimbursement for half the cost so I can find my own technician but in order to get reimbursed, the technicians had r to fill out a big form from CHW and many Ive found arent willing to do that. I end up having to pay for the service myself

      If I could leave a zero, I would. I put in a claim to Home Choice for an issue with my Dishwasher. Home Choice sent a tech that DOESN'T Speak english and did NOT know how to fix the issue. He handed me his phone so that he could use a translator APP. Then when he came back approximately 3-4 to "fix" the issue, he still didn't know what he was doing and the unit still doesn't work. I have attempted to contact Home Choice through their website "contact us" page. I attempted to contact them, not once or twice, bur probably 10 times over the past 4-6 weeks to have someone call me to discuss this issue and the have yet to call me back. I have attempted to call them too, but you have to leave your number and they will call you back, again, a big zero on the call back. ****************...Horrible customer service. Don't waste your money

      I had a claim in with Choice warranty for one month now to get a plumber to come and look at my bedroom. I have a wet carpet and my baseboard is wet. Ive called them numerous times and I keep getting the same thing that theyre trying to find me somebody. I called the resolution department and half the time they dont call me back they keep giving me the choice to pay out-of-pocket and they will reimburse me, but I dont trust them. I shouldve read all the complaints before I did this.
