      I have been a member of LifePoints for a few months now and have been completing surveys on a regular basis. Upon completing my last survey, which I've put quite some time into, I received a message that my account was cancelled. I contacted support and they reply that the membership was cancelled for poor practices which may include, but not limited to:(1) Inconsistencies in your survey responses (2) Inconsistencies in your survey profile (3) Speeding through survey (4) Straight lining (providing identical/similar responses to every question in the survey)(5) False geographic location (6) Multiple accounts I could not see how I'd fall into any of these categories and appealed this decision, hoping for a more.I was under the impression that maybe their criteria for speed is a little strict and my account was automatically flagged, but I have always thoroughly read all questions and answers and would assume that if that were the case, it'd be something that could be disclosed; .I do not mind much about the website and service they provide, but I feel cheated out of my time and feel that the timing for cancellation was suspicious, given my uncollected balance Collect your balance as soon as you can before your account is closed without warning.I hope to get a solution to this, as Lifepoint used to do that.

      My name is ****, and I am one of the members who recently joined Lifepoint. I began my participation experience by completing some of the surveys available on my account. After several weeks of active participation and completing more than three surveys, I was notified that my membership had been cancelled, and when I contacted them, the support team sent me several reasons that could cause this. Looking closely at the reasons, I was confident that I had not done any of them, but they said that nothing could be done and all my points were confiscated. This is really unacceptable to them, and I have an objection to that.

      I have been a member of Lifepoint since November 29. I joined the Lifepoint website and all I did was look around. I did not do anything else. I did not have enough time to participate in the available surveys. After several days, I was informed that my membership had been canceled without any clear reason. They just did it. Did they? Can someone out there explain this

      I would like to file a complaint against Lifepoint as soon as I joined there, and after several days, as soon as I entered to complete my first survey on the site, they canceled my membership, and after I contacted the support team, they said that I had violated the terms of the site. Well, I did not have the opportunity to do that. I did not even complete my first survey, so they are giving me the opportunity. To choose and answer the questions and then they say your answer is random. I think their decisions are random and nothing else

      I think I joined Lifepoint only at the end of November. Most of the reviews on social media said that they enjoyed spending time at Lifepoint, completing surveys, participating in predictions, and all that. Indeed, I received a prize worth $5. Two weeks after I joined, while I was logging in, a message appeared that my membership was valid. Not available. This happened after I received the reward in the following. According to what I remember, it was an unfair decision on their part. I did not do anything wrong at all. I hope that this will be reconsidered, or at least an explanation will be provided for this decision.

      I joined the Lifepoint website , and I was participating in surveys on an ongoing basis, and I actually got some bonuses and , and I was progressing wonderfully, but after that, when I tried to log into my account, I received a message that my membership had been canceled suddenly, and without making any mistake, I tried to contact the support team, but I could not.       I want to file a complaint against the Lifepoint website. I have been a member for about a year. My membership was unfairly cancelled. I tried several times to find out the validity of the accusations that they made against me, but I did not do any of that. They are just random accusations that their security system failed and was wrong. In this, one must investigate more widely.I want to get a real answer to what happened. I hope that this complaint will be answered by them with full transparency. I did not expect that from them. It seems that they did not like my ideas or were not what they wanted. Well, they can.
