      The situation is as follows. I made some purchases at the Burlington store and then it preceded to return them and the return was rejected. I made several purchases and one of the invoices corresponds to 07/11/2023. The others are on the same dates, the situation is that the policy of that Burlington company has as a policy that if you buy something within 30 days with your receipt, you can return it. Well, in my case it has not been like that, I have called all the departments, corporate, an external company that is responsible for when they block you and do not allow you to return everywhere and they do not accept me to return, they want me to return after 180 days so that they can receive the merchandise at 90% less of its value, which is a scam. I'm looking for someone who can help me put an end to this abuse.Thank you

      On 6/14 I returned a purchase at the *************************************************************. the return was *****. The return ticket id ***********************. After several days I contacted customer service informing them that the return was not processed back to my card. They stated the will contact the finance department. I was told that the finance department seen a glitch in there system and the will process the return back to my card manually. I contacted customer service again. I was told that it will be processed 6/29. It will take **** business days. As of today the refund is not credit back to my account. Its been over a month. Its not fair to me as a customer. I contacted customer service again today they stated they will send the ****************** an email.

      This Burlington in ****** ******** is horrible. Clothes are all over the place and no one is around picking them up. Its terrible looking. There were only 2 sales associates at the register. I stood in line for 55 minutes with one item. This is absurd and something needs to be done.

      I purchased many items two pairs of shoes from Burlington for about $29.99 plus tax. I returned one pair because it was too big. I then returned the other pay a few weeks later because I am a loyalty member and I had until today June 8to return the item. I tried two return the shoes at three different stores with a valid receipt in my hand and they refuse to issue me a refund back to the card. I told them that it is not time to return the shoe and why does the computer indicate to record found. This is absurd and this is theft. This company is forcing customers to accept their store credit even when we have a valid return receipt.This indicates that their loyalty program is false and fake They need to issue me my refund back to my card

      We were shopping here and were in the store for a while getting a lot of stuff. We purchased over 400 dollars of merchandise and were not alerted that they were closing their gates to the mall section. The employees were walking past ** and dint say anything. The cashier took over 30 minutes checking ** out and they closed the gate to the mall section and didn't allow us to go back to parking spot which was located on opposite side of the mall. The security guard was rude to ** from the start and had a nasty attitude when we asked to go back to our car and proceeded to talk Rude to ** and called.manager who told us she couldn't open gate for us to get back to our car or she would get a fine and did nothing walked away. We had 4 huge bags and a little kid and a toddler that we had to then take over a 30 minute walk around the entire mall to get back to our car. I will never again spend money and shop at Burlington coat factory. I have never gotten treated so badly, and made to feel so bad about supporting a business. Their whole attitude was like it's not their problem. This whole establishment has disgusting customer service and staff. The fact that that mall allows their customers to be treated like that is disgusting. How can you deny a family with little kids and a ton of merchandise they purchased from your store to not have access to their vehicle. I will make sure I never shop here again and I'm going to let everyone I know to never shop there again either. I never felt so disrespected. This is the worst store ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

      I wrote a personal check for several items and a week later returned one item for a refund but was issued a gift card for the returned amount. I expected to receive a cash refund not a GIFT CARD (sometimes they have a zero balance) I only hope the money is on the card.

      The store looks like teenagers live in it. There's garbage all over, cloths not hung up on the floor, and random things layer on a table. The workers let family's come in there and the kids run and scream in there. There's never anyone Straightening up anything and when there's someone stacking things on the shelf they just randomly put them wherever. There's parts of the store that have caution tape because that area is closed and there's other parts of the store that have metal barriers because that part. Of the store is closed. At first I thought this was just going on during the pandemi'm back and there wasn't enough help. Because during the pandemic it looked like someone came in and ransacked a plabecause there was hardly anything left and they still kept it open with. Hardly any product. I don't know how they can keep business going when it looks like trash.

      I may same purchase and 5-01-23 and they charge me double and went to the store and toll me they need to check the camera and tell them it's ok then they ask me for the time and I told them it's was in the afternoon but I know the time . The manager check the camera and found the mistake and told the cashier give my credit, but went a see the recibe a see the time and I told her why you asking the time it's on the recibe and she tells that camera read different time and I told her why may difficult and told the cashier cancel that and she left and ask the cashier the name from the supervisor and she said I know. My concern it's because they do to me but I know how many costumer trade the same I hope you can help me it's no for the money it's for the action, charge was for ****

      It is unbelievable tgat after a yr you STILL do not have enough staffing for the ************* location. You don't have enough staffing anywhere quite frankly. Im writing my commodity in the parking lot of this location. This is ridiculous that you continue to under pay and under staff your locations. I went in to merely return an item. There's literally 30 people in line, the line is wrapped around to hm goods and you have 2-3 associates checking out people. Ridiculous! Its very hard to support your business when it ALWAYS takes 30 mins or more to check out. Then you have no email address for complaints and the number you do have for calls you can only call mon-fri. Your ceo is lining their pockets with our hard earned money yet you can't start your stores so customers aren't waiting in line for an hour, unbelievable! And the store always looks a mess, stuff everywhere nothings put away properly, the dressing room hasnt been available for months which is very poor service on your part. You want us to spend money but we can't try on stuff in the store, ridiculous! After i return these items i will not be back into your stores the quality of stuff is very mediocre at best and the hassle to checkout isn't worth it. You lost another customer
