      I bought my car to Burlington *** on December 28th 2023 because of the brake light, and there Was another manufacturer defect they had to fix something because people were stealing ***'s, now my clock turns to military time and they won't fix it, I have contacted *** ******** service no help, *** who is the service manager was very nasty very rude to me and now I'm told I cannot bring my car back to Burlington key to be fixed for a problem that they made. I will be telling all my friends and family not to buy a car from Burlington *** I bought 2 new cars paid them off very quickly and this is the kind of service I get never again I will go somewhere else and purchase a new car but they should fix the problem that they created I'm requesting a new service manager. buyer beware

      I have now called, emailed for over 2weeks for my last paystub copy all I get is automated voicemail that nobody responds! Some people want to better there life to buy a home and can't because nobody wants to respond!

      To Whom it may concern, ************************** location is up to no good. Several team members are not getting paid. They are unable to clock in through the system. They are not being scheduled through the system but by text message nightly. This sounds like free labor and needs investigating! Thank you for your consideration. Respectfully, Concerned Citizen.

      Whatever you do, DON'T do a layaway here! TOTAL RIPOFF!! They REFUSED to refund my cash purchase with receipt when the coat I purchased for my 87 year old handicapped aunt for her birthday didn't fit her. Due to her handicap, she couldn't shop with me, so I had to guess on the size. The layaway was only 2 days completed and 14 days in layaway, WELL UNDER the 30 days of their normal return policy. I would have just bought it and returned within the 30 days if the sales clerk would have informed me when I EXPLICITLY asked for ALL of the policies BEFORE agreeing to go ahead and do the layaway. AND, on top of that, paid an extra $5 for this supposed "privilege." This is a completely underhanded method of stealing customer's money! In 2+ years relocated here in ********, ****, I have easily spent THOUSANDS of dollars in this store to outfit my new home. At this point, I will NEVER return to this store for anything EVER AGAIN! I was an excellent customer who had spent loads of money with them, and in return for my patronage, they are too CHEAP to return a measly 70 bucks for a gift that didn't fit a handicapped person who cannot shop for herself. Pathetic, gross, and disgusting customer service. In 40 years of shopping experience, this is clearly the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would! Avoid them at all costs and just go to TJ Maxx/Home Goods...

      Sweat shop environment, are terrible to the employees. Never work there! Corporate only cares about their bonuses. They are terrible people!I know because I was an employee.

      My 4 year old needed tobuse the restroom. I had to walk across the parking lot to Omega. If the restrooms are for employees only, they shouldn't have it advertised.

      The sales associate accosted us as we browsed and prepared for a purchase. We asked for a manager and received no help or satisfaction. The sales associate even told us her husband was on his way to the store., for what purpose other than to assault and/or intimidate? The sales associates behavior was simply unacceptable. We would like to be contacted by a Burlington Coat Factory corporate representative. I tried calling the store next morning when they open but no manager came on the phone. I was on hold for 15 minutes. ***** was a manager Friday night who absolutely nothing. I was with my wife and kid felt very threatened to be at the store. Zero star

      In enforcing Title VII's prohibition of race and color discrimination, this review seek to retool its enforcement efforts to address contemporary forms of overt, subtle and implicit bias. As a customer of Burlington Coat Factory since the early ****s and have continued shopping there at least twice per month. On August 22, 2023 after being in the store for over an hour I was appalled by the behavior of the cashier. Her tone and attitude with my returns were mean, rude and disrespectful. The funds were then spent on back to school items where she then stated to peel away the clearance tags to see if the label underneath matched its price. I stood there shocked in embarrassment, shame and disgrace by what had occured. As a leading off price retailer with over 800 stores nationwide I have never experienced such racism and discrimination before. Not only did she peel away one clearance sticker but she did so for all of the items i bought on sale. Racial profiling and discriminatory practices are prohibited by law in which my rights were violated. Such employee should loose their job and disciplinary actions taken. I have strong substantial evidence and a police report to validate my claim. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered in my life and wish no one has to be subjected to such cruel and wicked acts.       Very very bad employees. I went there to made some returns and buy stuff. I made my daughter waits in the line as I had back problem and cant stand for that long. My daughter is young and my cart had rods in it so to avoid accidents I kept the cart with me and sat b the cash registers. We waited almost an hour for our turn and when I see we were almost there I went to stand with my daughter. The person named ******* yelled at me in front of zillion people there and disrespect me and told the cash register not to serve me. All the people standing in line witnessed me sitting there for an hour but this person had some personal reasons. I called the manager named *******, who allowed me to make returns only and not to let me buy the stuff. The person who served me gave me these names and willing to leave the job that night as this was the routine for them to insult the customers. The customers standing in lines were also mad about their behaviors but these people act like they are gods. pathetic customer service.
