    Initially placed an order, (all for club soccer) in June, with partial shipment, shipped within a few weeks. I was told the back order items would ship soon, but here we are in on the last day of October, and nothing. I have followed up more times than I care to count, only to be me with canned responses about when the product will ship. They/fulfillment center has missed every shipment date provided to me. Somebody is being untruthful.This company needs to go out of business or stay in their lane, whatever lane that *** be. They are poorly managed with a lack of control over their processes, supply change, etc..I thought Id call the only number I could find, think my wife found it on ******** or another social media outlet, and leave a voicemail. Of course, nobody calls back.My hands are in the air with exasperation, wondering if Capelli will hold up their end of the bargain. In exchange for my money, they actually send the product. Buyer beware! I hope what you buy is in stock, as anything on back order is likely to lead to buyer misery.

    First, if I could finish this review with ZERO STARS that would be very accurate. Just like the bunch of reviews written here and elsewhere Capelli is horrible at completing orders. Today was our last game for this year and we have not received my daughter's uniform. The dad part is that the order was placed in July. We ask for a refund but they don't listen to any of our requests. Worse *************** I have ever dealt with. I don't understand why soccer teams continue using this company. No idea how this company stays in business.

    Ordered uniforms for both my girls back in June. One of my daughter's didn't have the uniform prior to her first game. After 4 months we're still missing training shirts. E-mails sent have been ignored and we have not gotten any recent updates.

    Sports organizations should not use Capelli to fulfill their team orders, My daughter plays for a top club team and I cannot believe how many people are still missing items that were ordered over the summer anticipating plenty of time to have the gear before the fall season! I sent back an item and I am still waiting for my refund after 60 days! You cannot call a customer service department, only send an email, which never gets answered. Make life easier on your players and their families and pick a different company!

    Worst company. Please do NOT use them. Ordered uniforms in July 2023. Still waiting on pieces. **************** never responds. Its a lost cause just read these reviews and stay away!!!

    Completely stopped responding to an order that never arrived. They messed up ****************************** their system. I gave them 3 months to fix as I wanted my son to have a uniform but after 109 days nothing and they say they sent it which 100% is a lie. Not once did a person show any understanding, sympathy or give on apology. I NEVER writer reviews but this is the worst company and customer service I have ever seen. Wish I can leave a negative star rating.

    Just like the below... I have been burned. They are completely ghosting me. They have my money, but the order hasn't been fulfilled. It has been months since my order. The last update they show in their system was on Oct 3rd... over three weeks ago.Worst customer service ever. No wonder they don't have a phone number posted anywhere.

    0 stars!!!! The worse customer service ever!!! S***** a** company. Ordered my sons uniform 7/20 and it is now past 3 months and GUESS WHAT??? 4 games left for our fall season to be over and YUP, still no uniform!!!!!!!!! They lack everything you guys can possibly think of, BY all means STAY AWAY AND ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!!!

    I ordered my daughters uniforms on 8/09and now it has been over 9 weeks and still have not received her uniforms. It still says awaiting fulfillment when I check order online, absolutely ridiculous! I reached out to customer support and they take a week to respond and just say they will reach out to fulfillment and notify me when my order is ready. Please soccer clubs if you are thinking about Capelli sport for your team DONT DO IT!

    Adding to the long, long list of customers below that Capelli has burned. Completely ghosted me on what is left to fulfill on my order. Finally just disputed the charge with my credit card. They didn't even respond out of self preservation when I gave them a last opportunity to respond before I did a charge back.
