    As others have stated, they are awful. I am somehow responsible for them sending me the wrong size of a custom uniform product. My order invoice was correct but they sent the wrong size and now they will not exchange it. Avoid this company if your team is looking into them.

    This company has been terrible at fulfilling customer requests. The initial lead time provided was ~3-4 weeks for my childs uniform. After the 4th week was about to pass, and my child was going into a tournament with no uniform, I reached out to their customer service. I received a standard Your order is awaiting fulfillment. We will provide a **** number when it ships. Needless to say, I reached out multiple other times and have now been told it is potentially an additional 2-3 week lead time. Disappointing my child had no uniform for the tournament. Even more disappointing the company took their $400 a month ago and we still have nothing but a standard message.

    Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Placed an order July 2022. Received the order, which was missing one item. Back and forth via email, since they do not operate in this century and have no phone number to contact, and today am told that the backordered item is out of stock and it will not be replenished. An exhausting process throughout because of the automated email exchanges and they do not read what the issue is. Twice they referred to items that weren't even in my order and at the end said I would get a refund of $17 when I paid over $70. Waited all soccer season for a rain jacket and now nothing. Their reply, a 15% coupon code for a future item that expires in August and a refund via cheque. I would not recommend any soccer club use this company for soccer gear.

    I placed an order back on April 18th 2023. Received an email from Capelli Sport on April 27, 2023 that my order has shipped. Didn't receive anything over the weekend so on Monday May 1, 2023 went back into my emails and clicked on the tracking number. When I tracked it using **** it says the package was delivered in Puebo, ********. I went back and checked my order to see if maybe I put in the wrong address and I did not and then I checked my order confirmation sent to me by Capelli Sport and that too said my correct address. How this package ended up on Puebo, ******** I have no idea. I have been contacting Capelli Sport over the past week via email and phone and have not received a call back nor have I received an email back besides the automated one that says we will get back to you in 3-5 days. I got an email today stating my order has been closed because it is now "COMPLETE". Wait so in Capelli's mind since they shipped the order that is it the order is complete and that is it, the fact that I never received anything I guess really does not matter to Capelli one bit. This is by far the worst experience I have had with an apparel company will not order another thing from them even if it means my son doesn't play on a team or goes without a jersey. From what I can see the company has a stellar rating with an "F".

    I placed an order Nov 28, 2022, and it is now 4/5/23 and I am still waiting on 2 items from the shipment. I have had 5 emails back and forth over the last week, with "we are checking with fulfillment" and no actual update has been provided. They did email me though and state "While we are not offering refunds, our fulfillment center has been contacted and advised of the long delay and inconvenience caused..." More than 4 months delay, and the only thing they are being very ******* clear about is that they will not offer a refund.

    A fraud business. Placed an order over 2 months ago, and received nothing. Couldn't reach anyone via phone, and emails were responded with generic "we will look into it" over and over again. Such a shame that many clubs work with Capelli - ALL parents on our team have such negative feelings towards Capelli.

    This company is a sham. I placed an order in September and it is now December and I still have not received it. There is no phone number to call, all you get is automated responses. They never answer your questions if you ask. This company messed up our whole soccer club's order. Wrong logos, font, numbers falling off, wrong sizes, the list can go on and on. I have no idea how a company like this can exist without addressing any concerns of their customers. How is there no phone number to call? Ridiculous. If I could have chosen a zero star, I would have.

    This business has no customer service. No phone # listed on website. I had to search. No one answers the call. Emails are automated responses. We placed an order 5 weeks ago and still cant connect with anyone who can find our order, even after multiple daily emails. Our order as of today still shows awaiting fulfillment. The soccer season will be over before our daughter gets her uniform. Very poornon existent communication from this company.
