    I placed an order on July 19th and was charged the full amount for my order. The processing time stated it would take 3-4 weeks to ship. It has been 10 weeks and I have not had any updates on this order. I reached out to customer service four times, with no explanation. On September 6th, the customer service representative said they would reach out to the fulfillment center regarding my order, and I have yet to hear back. The auto-generated response from customer service used to say to wait 3-5 business days for someone to ************ the auto-response says to wait 5-7 business days for someone to get back to you, only to tell you they dont have any information about your order. This is extremely frustrating.

    I have heard from the RUSH league that after spending an overwhelming amount of money for our required uniforms being second time customers our daughter will not be getting her new uniform until late in the season? This is a disgrace. Its sickening families have paid this much money and will not get their uniforms. We have several parents in the league who have started discussions in making this a Class Action Lawsuit. From the other reviews on this page, we are not the only league using Capelli having these problems.

    Placed an order for a soccer uniform Reply said it would take 4-5 weeks to fulfill order. It has been 7 weeks, we have not received the uniforms, and customer service has not responded to our inquire. Clubs should stay away from this bad business. I wish I could give 0 as this business does not deserve anything. .

    Horrible to say the least! Nobody on my son's team has received their full order and we are weeks into our season. Zero communication from Capelli and haven't been able to reach a human being to speak about the issues. We have spent over $1000 with this company and terribly disappointed.

    This is the second year we've been forced to you this company for our teams uniforms. I ordered the required items on 6/29; a pair of shorts, 4 pair of socks (2-white, 2-blue) and a Jersey all for the bargain price of $130 plus $12 shipping. I've have to date only received a pair of shorts. On Aug 8 I contacted Capelli to request where the rest of my order was. Aug 9 got a response that they were forwarding my inquiry to their fulfillment department. Aug 15 I was told there was an issue with their supplier and we were to expect delivery on 28 Aug. I have sent multiple emails requesting a update, as nothing has been replied to or received since Aug 15. If we didn't have to use this company I'd have asked for a refund (not that they would have replied) and found these items elsewhere. I have the soccer club coaches, financial personnel and president inquiring to no avail. Multiple other people are still waiting on their items. At this point it's fraud

    I would love to give Capelli a 0 star review but this is not possible. I placed an order on 07/15 for over $400 for soccer uniforms for my son, capelli is the sole supplier for them. I have ordered from them before with no issue but this time I cannot say the same. We have not received our order. I have sent over 10 emails about it and get the same generic response every time I get a response (has only been 2 times) that they will reach out to the fulfillment center and let me know a status update. My son had started games and is unable to play due to not having a uniform. This is more than ridiculous. I have been more than kind. I cannot find a customer service phone number to contact. I have never had a worst customer service I have ever experienced.I have expressed my frustration to our soccer club but do not know what else to do at this point.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Capelli Sport will steal your money and not fill your order. Their customer service is abhorrent. No response to multiple emails, no customer service number to call. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible!!!

    Missing a shirt from an order placed in July. Been trying to get customer service to rectify the issue, and nothing is being done! Had to spend more money to reorder the missing shirt or my son can't play! Now, after reading reviews, I'm worried I wont get the new shirt. Worst company EVER to deal with. No one answers the customer phone. All emails have replies with 3-5 days for this, 5-7 days for that but nothing actually happens. There is no direct contact to customer service by phone. I have no idea how to get my problem solved!

    Capelli provides the uniforms for my sons club soccer team. I placed an order in June and started receiving some items in August. Capelli charged me for the full order when it was placed, not when they shipped the items. Wrong items were shipped and I am still missing items. Their sizing is also way off as I ordered the same size my son had last year (also Capelli) and what they sent me is twice as big and fits my husband. I even took pictures comparing the difference. The season has started and Capelli only responds back with generic emails and no one answers the phone. I would love a response as they were quick to take my money. I am not the only one in the club with an issue. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

    I placed two separate orders back in June and the arrival time stated it was 4-5 weeks. I had no choice as my daughters soccer league uses Capelli for our uniform kits. It has now been over 12 weeks and Im missing 5 items still and when the jersey finally arrived the logo was melted together causing a large lump in the shirt. Ive submitted multiple customer service request to speak with someone and my tickets keep getting closed without any resolution. I cant even get ahold of anyone to get my money back for the missing items.
