Wow so Im looking at all of the ratings and shaking my head in agreement. This company is sad. An Amazon driver backed into my car and fled the scene. I filed a police report which took forever. I lost wages with work because I use my vehicle. I had to run around town to get quotes. Then finally getting in contact with Amazon claims department. Getting my claim started was a hassle. Then once I submitted claim, police report and photos they still gave me a hard time. I had to call the company several times. I never once spoke to the adjuster. They sent an e-check on last week for $3301 and the damages totaled $4189 they stated theyll send the rest to repair shop. Which is fine. Then I asked for rental car charges and they finally replied after calling like 7 times over a weeks span. They were supposed to send an e check for that. Havent received it. I asked about inconvenience payment due to loss wages, fuel and time .. they advised me that the claim is closed and theyre not paying anything else. I have them on recording. *** reached out to their main office in hopes for resolution before going with litigation. Then theyll be paying a lot more than what I asked for. The Amazon driver hit my property.. I wouldnt have to deal with this company if that wasnt so. you tell me this isnt unnecessary chaos. *** had a headache for the past 3 weeks.ARC Claims Management

Terrible company that will not send adjusters to assess damages. They will say anything to get out of paying claims no matter how much evidence you provide. Thier intent is to force you to hire attorneys! Amazon should be ashamed for using them! I have extensive property damage caused by lazy drivers coming onto my property caught by cameras that prove my case and yet ARC wants to send me a $50 "goodwill gesture" for thousands of dollars in damages. Claiming I have no evidence!Here is an email comment verbatim from ARC: "Thank you but we will not for claims over time and you have no evidence. Also that was a goodwill gesture but we will not pay for damages that were not caused. Please have your attorney email this file and our attorney will respond. Have a great day. I will cancel the goodwill gesture."ARC cannot even provide proper grammar let alone deal with Amazon drivers' incompetence.ARC Claims Management

I have reviewed the file. The claimant submitted video of his driveway that confirms it is in serious disrepair. There is no evidence that the multiple cracks in the driveway was caused by the Amazon vehicle. The $50 payment was appropriate.David C

ARC did NOT conduct any relevant review! Sound like some lawyer looked at a video and decided that was enough to offer $50 goodwill Offer for damages that are estimated to be well over $25,000.00 in concrete damages caused by Amazon drivers over several years. And even the $50 was revoked?!? I have made REPEATED attempts to let Amazon understand that NO delivery vehicles are permitted on my property (driveway), and yet they continue to ignore my delivery instructions, signage, and numerous phone calls! ARC is a scam for Amazon to elevate their responsibility for poorly trained drivers to maximize their profit margins! ARC has hundreds of terrible reviews by Amazon customers about their liability tactics and shirking their responsibility to the consumer! Amazon delivery services promised ARC would send a claims adjuster to my property to fully discuss repair or replace options, however, the below statement was what I actually received: Thank you but we will not for claims over time and you have no evidence. Also, that was a goodwill gesture, but we will not pay for damages that were not caused. Please have your attorney email this file and our attorney will respond. Have a great day. Filed a claim due to Amazon driver tearing up my grass. 80+ feet of deep ruts and compacted **** and mud. Several years ago, same thing happened to my neighbor, but much, much less damage. They were paid ****** for approximately a quarter of the damages I have incurred. It's going to take ****** work to fix my driveway and damage to both sides of the yard. Of course, they expect to have someone with a rake and a handful of grass seed to fix the damage. It's not going to happen. My wife and I are retired and fixing something someone else damaged ourselves isn't going to happen, either. If ARC doesn't come up with a reasonable offer, a civil suit will be the next step, I'm afraid.Georgetown **ARC Claims Management

I have been waiting to hear from my adjuster for weeks. Photos, and proof of Amazon driver causing damage provided, have uploaded the estimate to fix 2x, and still no contact. I requested my case be escalated, still havent heard back. Worst customer ********************** I have ever had. We just want to be paid so we can get the damage fixed. Estimate is only good for 30 days, and it is quickly approaching the 30 day ***** As a prime member one would think Amazon would ensure we are taken care of, but clearly Im wrong.ARC Claims Management

I have reached out to Arc several times regarding my claim for my driveway where a Amazon truck driver ran over my newly cemented driveway so they asked me for an estimate I gave the one so once I did that they said that they would send out their own claim adjuster the claim adjuster came out and the estimate was for $3,000 and they keep giving me the runaround about my money that keeps trying to give me an electronic check over the website then they told me they're going to send it to me through **** United postal services when I call you don't get a person but when you do get a person I talk to a ***** and I also talked to her and ****** then they said that the lessons was not on my claim anymore so now my daughter is getting married soon I would love for my driveway to be fixed their claims department is non cooperative they give you the runaround I think now my next step is to get a lawyer and I will have them to pay for my damages and my time and for my daughter's wedding venture because we're not allowed we're not going to be able to do it because my driveway is no longer fixed so they have not sent out my payment as of yet so I will be contacting a lawyer their services is terribleARC Claims Management

On December 16,2022 an ****** driver got stuck in our yard the sheriff came to do a report to make filing a claim easier. The claim was filed 12/27/22, I have been calling and emailing since and been unable to get a response from ARC. This company is absolutely trash!!! An ****** delivery driver dropped a package on my lantern and it shattered the glass and now the lantern is not working. The cost of the lantern was $89.99. ARC wanted me to replace the glass and only gave me $25.00 in damages. I have called the office A MILLION TIMES. I have emailed every representative A MILLION TIMES and no one has replied to my request or returned my calls. They are THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY that I HAVE EVER worked with. Just like all the other comments I have contracted my attorney to escalate this matter so they take me serious. This is an absolute trash company and they do not deserve to be in business the way they treat customers!!!!!!!! Looking forward to seeing you guys in court!!!!ARC Claims Management

Worst Customer ********************** Ive experienced to date. Impossible to get in touch with this so called TEAM. Going on week 3 trying to process my property damage claim. Ive sent everything they asked for, and keep getting the same response saying they havent received any info. Left many voicemails that have yet been returned. This company is set up to scam people. Amazon driver committed a hit and run on my mailbox, I have perfect video of the entire incident off my cameras with the date and time stamp. This company claims they would respond within 3 days, it has been 7. You can not reach anyone on the phone and attempting to reach them via email only results in automated useless emails. This business has recieved my quote, reviewed it, and told me they approved it, and is now claiming they are sending an “e-check” which I still don’t have. They have not answered me since they approved the quote
