This company didn't call or provide me know any update. The Amazon driver hit my car the right side of my car, and it was terrible. I need them to give me any updates because I need this car to go on vacation. I'm frustrated right now.

Back in November of 2024 ****** made a delivery at my house. While the Amazon driver was backing out his truck, he hit and damaged a fragment of retaining wall on my property. The driver did not stop. He just drove off. I witnessed the event and contacted ****** customer ********************** immediately. The customer ********************** directed me to ARC Claims, which I did. The claim with photos, driver delivery video, police report were submitted the same day. A few days later I received an e-mail from ARC that the process may take up two weeks. Because I didnt hear anything from ARC Claims, about a month later I inquired about my claim. I few days later, I received a response that the claim is still being worked on. Fast forward to March 28th - nothing. ARC is not responding to my inquiries. No resolution, no responses. They just ignore me. The cost of wall repair is over $900. If ARC is not willing to address the issue, maybe a different institution will.

March 10 2025 at 7 pm in *********** area Amazon van hits my car into the rim with impact to axle on the driver side. Hit and run. About 16 -26 k damage.I proceeded with all the steps to file a claim with Amazon and ARC. Submitted video, pictures, waited on adjuster to come, but turned out I have to submit estimate before that, which I then did. After delays and some outward disrespect, things got moving and today they just sent me an email saying that they determined that I have to now to proceed with their 3rd party, the delivery company "Amazing deliveries" which is known for few things online. After short conversation with ****** and ARC again, it turned out that delivery subcontractor stopped responding to ARC, and that's why they tell me that now I have to proceed on my own. They provided me with ensurer of company who stopped responding to them but for some reason shall start responding to me? To my unshakable belief I have this type of outsourcing is against any moral or legal law. I know it worked for them in the past, but I as a person who suffered the loss I don't have to deal with their third parties. It is them who hired them. As for me, my car was alright before irresponsible driver hit it. He drove ****** branded vehicle, and it is up to reputation of this company to handle their relationships with their third parties who acted on their behalf when delivering packages. Amazon van done damage while on that assignment. I shall not be obliged to be persuading 3rd party companies each of which sends me to their 3rd party company and where DISSOLUTION OF RESPONSIBILITY occur and each further party tries to escape responsibility. The Xceedance insurer of Amazing Deliveries has already recommended me to repair the car on my own insurance!!!!! and maybe when and if they establish they will pay some day. I want to NOT BE WORSE OFF then before the accident and Amazon and ARC are the ones to handle it from the beginning to the end.

Who "I"? Where is the official letter response about the measures you have taken? The person on the email said "your comments" in regard to my request to receive official complain! "COMMENTS"! Stonewalling, low-balling, and dodging from responsibilities of carrying contractual and social obligations. Now they just throw cases on people while they are obligated to lead claims from the beginning to the end. Back in 2020 when previous property damage occurred, case was managed promptly, but since then they learned that if they throw it on people then people just take it and so they don't have to do their job anymore, while getting money from ****** for their job! Agents don't respond even in 7 days after 3 or 4 reminders including from Amazon ***** until called. So lazy and irresponsible they became. And we can find a lot of evidence to it in Social medial groups and Amazon blog! This case will wake you up from your delusions. I promise.

Zero stars. Worst company to ever had to deal with. On Jan 2, 2025, Amazon driver damaged beyond repair my locked Storm door to my home. For some reason the driver forced open my locked Storm door to squeeze a box of batteries in between my back door and Storm door which were both locked. Day was windy. Received delivery confirmation I was home at the time and immediately went to get my package. I then took pictures of this driver delivery damage and exact location of package in between 2 locked doors. Called Amazon Customer ********************** immediately and they forwarded a claim to ARC Claims Management. ARC Claims Management contacted me by e-mail with Claim # and a contact person to handle this damage claim. I forwarded all evidence pictures repair estimates that week of Jan2, 2025. Tried to contact ARC Claims Management and claims person many times in the last 3 months about my home property damage with no human response. After almost 3 months I received an e-mail from ARC Claims Management on March 20, 2025, informing me my property damage claim was denied due to lack of evidence. Which is nonsense I sent pictures of damage right after delivery and repair estimates? Also, I typed up a complete report and description of this and forwarded to ARC Claims Management. What more do they want. Called Amazon damage claims department. They were no help and referred me back to ARC Claims Management. From what I have investigated ARC Claims Management and ************** dont accept and take responsibility for their driver's damage to your personal property makes it so difficult for you to collect and you will go away.

The photo taken by the driver at delivery shows the package outside the screen door. The claim is respectfully denied

ARC Claims love to deny your home property damage by drivers for the companies they represent. I was home at the time of delivery the day was windy. Checked received delivery e-mail with delivery picture of package on my stairs. Went out immediately to get my package. Found it squeezed between 2 locked doors. A locked Storm door and regular locked door. Locked Storm door was pried open, I immediately took pictures of the way this driver delivered my package and contacted Amazon Customer ********************** and explained what happened and they forwarded my claim to ARC Claims. What's unusual and hard to believe this driver taken a picture of the package on my stairs for e-mail confirmation and then decided stuff and squeeze my package between my locked Storm door and home door. The day was very windy, and the driver decided to change their mind how they were going to deliver my package without updating with a new delivery picture. As stated, I went to retrieve my package immediately after delivery and the truck was driving away. At that moment and time, I photographed the property damage from the Amazon driver to my home. Also, I made a report and complete description, and details of this occurrence and damage repair. estimates. 3 months later ARC Claims responds to deny my claim lack of evidence. Also sent delivery pictures how some drivers put packages on my stairs and took a snow shovel from my driveway and wedged it between stair railing and door to keep me from opening my door to retrieve packages. Real delivery clowns. If you don't have video evidence good luck at them at taking any action or paying out a property damage claim to your home. ARC Claims act as though you damaged your own property, and you go to all this trouble and aggravation for them and ****** take care their drivers' irresponsibility property damage. As stated, before they hope you give up and go way. ARC Claims is the worst company on earth to deal with. They should be investigated on how they handle these customer property damage ************************ will be reporting this matter to all State and **************** and posting on social media. ******************************* General's Office.*********************************Local and State social media and reporting outlets.(Picture evidence and damage repair estimate and all information will be provided when requested.)

After a delivery driver caused damage to my lawn and driveway, I quickly filed a claim with ARC. 3 weeks have gone by since filing the claim with zero response. Amazon driver knocked down a stone partition wall at my house while delivering a package to my neighbor's home. ********** Ring doorbell shows the van parked directly Infront of the wall, the photographed tire marks lead directly into the wall, the paint left behind on the wall matches the white delivery van, the broken reflector left at the scene matches the delivery van, the white delivery van was the only vehicle (let alone white vehicle) to enter my driveway that afternoon, yet ARC continues to deny the claim. They refuse to turn over the vehicle damage report or dashcam footage which will tell the story and only respond with GENERIC email responses. When I followed up with ******, they claim they need ME to get the Order # from my neighbor. They have the delivery date, time and address and can't locate the Order #?? How do you deny a claim without doing Due Diligence into your own delivery??? This will end up in court i have no doubt. Total BS this is how ****** treats their customers after destroying their property.

The claimant did not provide her name or the ARC file number. I have contacted her via email and requested she email me the ARC Claim number so I may review the file.I advised her that *** is not an insurance company. We are independent contractors retained by ****** to investigate property damage claims.I further advised her we do not have access to ****** deliveries and explained that is why we asked you to provide the tracking number on the package delivered to her neighbor.

I had an Amazon truck that got stuck in a ditch along our driveway during a snow storm. on 1/29/2025. After waiting 2 hours for a tow truck to get them out so that we could get down the driveway, I attempted to assist the driver by pulling him out with my truck and a tow strap. As his truck began moving he panicked and hit the brakes causing the tow strap to break. This in turn cause me to go into the ditch on the other side and caused my vehicle to get stuck. We then had to wait 2 mor hours for a tow truck to get the amazon truck out. Luckily the tow truck driver was nice and pulled me out. I did sustain damage to my right running board (2023) **** and damage to the Passenger tail light from tree branch . I contacted ****** customer ********************** and they assisted me in filing a claim. I had to call back the next day with invoice info and delivery info which I did. I was given a claim number and a number to call back. I have MADE 10 ATTEMPTS to reach *** and have had to leave messages every time with no response. Last week I called amazon customer ********************** and they tried to call with no success and sent ARC a message. I have still received any correspondence from ***. The problem is that My truck is due for an inspection and will not pass due to half of the taillight not working. It is a 700 dollar part and it needs to get fixed. I am very dissappointed with their service and am hoping to get a call asap

After ****** driver destroyed my mailbox, I quickly filed a claim with ARC. Weeks went by and the response I got when I inquired on status was we have 30 days to respond by law. Well, at the 11th hour of day 30 I finally get a response. The response you need to contact the insurer of the delivery company. Of course they provide no contact information for said insurance company and ARC wasted a month of my time. What a joke of a company. Small claims court here we come!

Once *** completes its investigation, a recommendation is sent to the Amazon driver. The driver has 2 options - he can pay the claim or refer the claim to his insurance carriers. In this instance the Amazon driver elected to have his insurance carrier handle the claim. The claimant of advised of this on March 17th and provided with the contact information for the ****** drivers insurance company - see below Claim # AMZ2025368538 Mar 17, 2025 07:47 PM To:*********************************** Thank you for your email. We have reviewed the claim and determined that it will need to be handled directly by the delivery companies insurance carrier. We have attempted to pass along the claim to the insurance carrier on your behalf however they require this to be done by you directly. The clamant received an update on 3/20/25, but it did not contain much detail. The claimant has submitted an estimate, and it has been forwarded to our appraiser for review and response. I asked the adjuster assigned to the file to contact the claimant and provide her with this additional information.

Worst customer ********************** I've ever experienced in my lifetime! Where is the human elements & the ability to logically discuss the claim. To receive 10% of the actual submission when the driver blatantly drove over a freshly sealed driveway and everything was documented with license ***************** is disturbing. Why was there absolutely no discussion on how this claim was determined????? As they say, negative experiences spread like wildfires. As I'm still in disbelief with how long this took & how poorly this was handled. Finally with the awarded claim I'm unable to correct the area that was ruined by the driver! Everyday walking on those tires marks only aggrevates the experience. I now look at all ****** drivers as reckless and irresponsible!
