I made a purchase with this company and spend ****** on groceries. I didnt receive the order and I reached out to them to let them know. They refused to refund me Ive been back and forth with them and now have contacted my bank in regards to the situation. This company is a bunch of scammers I will not be doing business with them ever again. If you can avoid them please just go to your local grocery store.Business Response

I cancelled my subscription on June 9th, and was charged for an order of random items that I did not add to my cart. Cancelling the subscription did not stop Misfits Market from charging me. Very predatory and deceptive practices. They simply charge you and send you items you did not order without your knowledge.Business Response

They've since refunded this charge in full, and ensured that your subscription is cancelled. You will no longer receive automatic orders.

I signed up for misfit markets yesterday and when I created my account, I didnt write down my password and now I cannot get back into the account. However, I have gone to the place where you can recover your password and they never send me the code to use to change my password, I have tried to reach them multiple times with no success. I would like to cancel my subscription and it seems that there is no way for me to reach them and cancel it. I do not want the subscription and I would hope that you help me to cancel it. there is no phone number that I can use to reach them.Business Response

Thanks for this update. Looking at the email you were sent, this is an email with an introductory offer for $10 off your first two orders. One possibility is that at some point, you had entered your zip-code and email address to see if we delivered to you, which might be why you received that email. After that, you would still need to continue creating your account by adding in all of your delivery and billing information. Once your account is successfully created, you'll receive a welcome email from us stating that your account is up and running!
If you do have that welcome email, feel free to respond to the team's email from today with the requested info and a screenshot of that welcome email, and they can take it from there. Thanks so much for working with us on this.

Failure to properly cancel an account after reaching out to representative, and charging for an unreceived item sent to an old address in excess of >$100. Account initially placed on a pause, subsequently spoke with representative to cancel prior to moving. Box was not cancelled and sent to prior address. Taking a look at your account history, it looks like your account was initially placed on a hold and automatically resumed, as scheduled, on May 21st. When you reached out to cancel your subscription after that order, we absolutely acknowledge our mishap as it doesn't look like your account was cancelled and $151.85 was charged for your May 29th order. Since then, our team has refunded the full $151.85 for the May 29th order and we've cancelled your subscription as well. We'll be using this as a learning opportunity to better train our team so that we can avoid mistakes like this in the future.

Last week I created an account to look at what they had to offer. I did not like the prices and deleted everything from the cart. I did get an initial thank you email with a code for some off my order but decided I would look elsewhere. I tried to log back in later that day and was told my email is not in there system. I figured since I never completed anything that it must not have saved but I emailed their customer service just to make sure. I was told they couldnt find an account with my information either. Well without my permission they sent me an order that just got delivered! I never received anything stating they were sending me an order, it just showed up and is showing as a pending charge on my account! This is not an acceptable situation! I expect a full refund issued to my credit card! Clearly you have my information cause a box showed up to my house even after I was told my address was not in their system!! They have been trying to charge me numerous times. When I try to log in they tell me I have an account with a sister company and to log in there. The sister company tells me the same thing. So they keep trying to charge me, and I am unable to log in.Business Response
