      Purchased a new dryer in March 2025. Ran for 3 weeks, the quit working. Repair came out and had to order parts. Parts came about a week later and service person fixed it and ran for 3 days, and same issue happened. Called back to again get serviced. They came out and ordered new parts since same thing happened. After waiting another week, technician came back out to fix and said wrong parts were shipped. Now have to wait for another order to come in. Called customer service to see if they could expedite parts, and they said there was nothing they could do (shocker there!) Asked for a manager and they refused to transfer. So, I have a new dryer that may as well be used as a TV stand. They work the same.... do nothing. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Steer clear of buying **!

      I ordered a monitor from their website on April 23rd with a projected delivery by April 29th. Today marks over 3 weeks since my order date and I have not received any update on potential shipping nor any communication from ** on what is causing the delay. I have called into customer service 5 times and each time it is a different excuse. I finally tried to cancel my order last week on Wednesday (May 7th) and I have still yet to received a refund nor a confirmation that my order is canceled. I called in yesterday as my order status still says awaiting shipping and I was informed by customer service that it takes 7-10 business days for a cancellation to go through. This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing direct from a manufacturer and will be the last time I purchase directly from **. Their products are great but customer service and internal logistics are horrible. Please use a 3rd party vendor to purchase from them in the future!

      I purchased a new *********** stove, cooked on the stove top three times at several marks on the stove top several appeared to be under the clear top. I went to where I purchased it at ********** they said to call ** they couldn't help me. I contacted ** the customer contact chat service was connected to a live agent for three different chat sessions when I submitted the photos they said it looks normal to me. I explained the stove was only a few days old and it was already having deficiencies on the stovetop the ** representative said they really can't help me and I need to go back to where I purchased it. Poor customer support.

      I called because I have a dishwasher that started to be noisy. It came with the home I purchased. I called the ** 800 number and was transferred 6 times (each time having to repeat my problems) in order to get a Letter of Authorization for my local service company to replace the warranty covered part. During those 6 calls, I had two people tell me they wanted to charge me $350 just to get the under warranty part and one person that actually yelled at me after I said I wouldn't give them a credit card number. My home came with all ** appliances and I will now be replace them all with a better company specifically because of the customer service.

      Worst customer service ever... Been two months and still waiting on a refund!!!! Escalation team doesn't do anything!! Spent $800 on AC heater window unit that lasted few months .. exploded at 3am fan broke shot blades everywhere and stirofoam to clean up ..... Extremely unhappy!!!!! Was even told refund was gonna be here last Tuesday ummm no!!!!!!!

      We purchased an ** refrigerator just 4 short years ago. Its main cooling system failed in February 2025. We had heard from the store that it has been a big problem with the refrigerator we got so they took it off the floor. It was still under warranty. There is no one in our area that will or can fix it. I have called several times since then and I keep getting the run around. All I want is for the company to make this right since they are aware of this problem with their product. I want them to as least reimburse us some of the money we sent on that refrigerator since we had to buy another one. Not asking for the total cost of what we spent but at least half as it should have lasted longer than it did. Right now my recommendation is research your appliances and stay away from **

      *************. I purchased microwave in 2021 and within 1 yr, it was not heating so mechanic came and fixed it. My simple question is, how come you can make something so bad that it did not work after 1 yr. So it got fixed but again same problem came now. ** customer service gave me a quote of $400 to fix same problem which was non heating. This is laughable as u can buy new microwave in that money.

      I believe my order got lost in transit so I cancelled the order. **************** is well trained in being polite and kind and assuring you that all will be handled. Unfortunately, I found the LG customer service unhelpful because despite being asssured that all was well at the 10 day ***** I still had not received a refund. ** had told me 7-10 business days and I would have the refund. It does not seem that they know how to resolve issues. I finally had to turn it over to my bank--eg credit card company to help me resolve. Now I will wait for up to *************************************************************************** seek a resolution. So frustrating! I don't understand how getting a refund on a product I never received so hard to accomplish. Super super frustrating! I would recommend buying products from companies you can trust to get your products or at least have streamlined resolutions so customers don't have to wait 60 days for a resoluction.

      Stay away!!! I made a mistake buying a washer dryer from them as the company I worked for was giving some discounts at LG Electronics. They partner with *** for delivery and installation. I got a call stating delivery time and I waited for 2 hours for someone to show up and nobody did!!! When I called RXO and **** both had status as delivered and installed.. they are a fraud and a scam. Happily took 1000s of dollars without delivering the product or working to help rectify the issue. I have reached out via phone, e-mail and chat to no avail.

      I brought a ** side by side refrigerator 10/24 the minute the delivery guys plugged the refrigerator in it wouldn't cool i reached out to ** customer service to explain that my refrigerator was not getting cool or freezing so they arrange for a technician to come out to fix the problem. Technician came out to replace the condenser a month later refrigerator stop cooling and freezing again. I reach out to ** again they send the same company to fix the problem. The technician came out again to replace the main board. Well with in 2 days the refrigerator stop working again so to make a long story short this same technician has been to my home approximately four times and the refrigerator is not cooling or freezing. I lost about $600 in groceries. ** continue to give me the run around I was told they would send one of their technician out still nothing i was a ** true customer not anymore stay away from ** appliances
