      They told me that paid my home insurance but when I called my home insurance they said theyre never received payment from my escrow. So now my escrow is negative and I asked for a refund because I paid home insurance out of pocket but because the escrow is negative they cant do anything until I put the money into escrow to get out of negative funds. So now I paid home insurance twice: once to the escrow and again to the home insurance. Really hope I get the refund within 10 business days. If not, I dont know what to do

      Just a horrible company that should really be investigated by the Attorney General which I reported to, they should be shut down and put out of business.

      Horrible, horrible horrible. My husband passed away in 2022 deeded the house to me, I have been trying to consume this loan because they told me I had to take it out of his name or they will take it back. I have made every payment thus far. I contacted them to take over the loan and get it in my name, have been told I never did the paperwork or I did the wrong paperwork. I was told I needed to talk to the refinance department. I have emails that show I did email the paperwork to them like requested. I also have tracking number with a signature that I sent it to them. I have to call to make my payment because they refuse to take his email or phone number off the account so I can access using my information. The county that I live in has the property in my name but they cannot manage to do their job enough to get me information. I am going to consult an attorney. 2.5 years of trying to get one thing accomplished is far to long.

      This company is committing fraud against me, they are claiming to be beneficiary of my trust through an employee called ****** ******* and, I've never done business with them in my life and now they are claiming to own my trust deeds and property. This is sickening behavior. I tried sending them statements that i own my property, and have no debts with them, but they don't respond. Only solidifies they are fraudsters.

      ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS My mother passed 6 months ago and I've been trying since August 1st to get a payoff for her home and they have given me nothing but pure run around for over a month!!! The title company has tried to help by calling and I've spent countless hours on hold waiting to speak with a bunch of folks who cannot help! They continue to tell me I will have a payoff in 3 to 5 days and push me back and forth between departments and every time I call back they need something additional. The staff in successor in interest are rude and have no empathy about you trying to take care of business for a loved one you have loss. Ive asked for supervisors to call and its been 3 weeks 3 request with no call. All I need is a payoff and they have made up documents that don't exist and requested them. I dont recommend anyone spending their money with this awful place. Why are they still in business and able to conduct business as such.....

      We have never had any issues with this company for over 10 years, until recently...Our loan was "reserviced" with no written notice to us! One day we got an email from someone that we thought sounded a bit sketchy, so my husband said delete it, so I did. Later on in the day I was trying to balance my checkbook and come to find out our payment hadn't been made! So upon further investigation, I found out about this "reservicing" and that email I had just deleted was actually from the new company we were transferred to. In times like these where fraud is so rampid, we need to receive written notice when something this major is happening. I mean, they have all our banking info and everything! It was very unprofessional! I tried to contact Cenlar and there was no way I could get to talk to a person directly!! I was not happy at all.

      Unreachable customer service and difficult procedures to close out our HELOC (insufficient wire instructions and daily accruals will prevent a loan from being properly closed). At least the 70 minute call-hold waiting time (still going) gave me plenty of time to file a complaint with the *****

      Almost 15 people I have spoken with and yet my account hasnt been corrected they chose to put my money where they want to instead off putting the extra money I told them to put on the principle instead they applied to the house payment witch is already two months ahead!!!! Customer over 20 years yet 10 people cannot correct such a simple error On their part!!!

      Without notice, Cenlar transitioned my home loan to another company. This happened one day after a messaged them about my continued increasing payments with a fixed loan. My initial home loan payment, without escrow, was approximately $176.00 per month. With escrow, it continues to increase each year, yet when I do the math of what my monthly escrow payment is and my monthly mortgage payment should be, it looks like they've been charging me at least an extra hundred each month. As soon as I inquired about this issue, yesterday, today I wake up to find that my mortgage has been transitioned to another company. The new company doesn't look any better with BBB rating as Cenlar. How can I investigate this matter to find out if they have been skimming extra money from me on a monthly basis and what I can do about it. I guess this can't be submitted without a star rating. My rating would be ZERO STARS.

      THE worst mortgage servicer in history. WHY is it legal to even have a loan transferred to them with no say from the borrower? When you acquire a loan with a lender you might have chosen them for a reason. NO ONE in their right mind would choose Cenlar as their servicer. Downright criminal. I hope they get shut down. They are not even worthy of any stars.
