      This is the worst company I have ever had the experience of paying. My account was set on autopay, yet they DID NOT include the ***** servicing fee in the autopay, and only notified me after 90 days that was past due. and I was notified by a COLLECTIONS company. Zero communication.If my account is set to autopay, why was the total amount due not processed each month? This is a shady company and should be investigated by the federal government for FRAUD.

      We have sent in documents January 2024 to assume our mortgage with a highly qualified buyer for Cenlar to ignore us, give us the run around, and request the same documents over and over again every month. DO NOT use this company to do anything based on our experience there are no return calls or emails and they do not know what they are doing. Stay away find a different lender!

      This company deserve 0 stars. There is NO COMMUNICATION about the assumable mortgage loan they are handling. They have prolonged this process which is costing us thousands. Stay away from this company at all costs.

      So Cenlar took over our home equity loan. My Father only owes $200 but they want $150 a month and they make it so hard for my 83 year old Father to officially pay them back. ******* should talk to a lawyer about practices aimed at taking advantage of senior citizens. Holding them hostage to this loan and charging way more than they should.

      My wife and I are trying to re-finance our home. I've been communicating with this company since 25 April 2024 trying to attain a Mortgage Lien Release letter from 2016 that was never sent to me. The company tells me they do not manage that account any longer and that they would submit a work order to have the release letter sent to them. They said it could take up to 20 business days to receive the letter and recommended that I call daily to check the progress. I've called nearly daily to no avail. I call today, 15 May 2024, and I'm told that the work order was submitted on 10 May 2024 and that there are no previous notes in the system. WHAT?! I'm infuriated. My wait time starts all over again, meaning we'll miss the re-finance cutoff date, due to no fault of our own. This is unacceptable and a very poor way of doing business. I plan to encourage everyone to stay far away from doing business with Cenlar.

      Horrible company! After six weeks and more than a dozen phone calls, they still cant seem to get the internet block removed from my online account. So I can login but I cant see any details. Every time I call I get a different answer. Ive been told it would be resolved in 10 minutes, two days, two weeks, yet here we are six weeks later. Terrible customer service!

      Was assigned this joke of a company refinanced my house house 11/23 and I am still waiting for 9600 in escrow 7 months later. They claim they mail check 4 times now never arrived. Have hired attorney and spoke to my local house representative about this company.

      If there were zero stars that would be too generous. Absolutely horrendous in all aspects of website and application. Cannot change/edit/cancel anything. Only way to close accounts is via written request through mail or fax? What century is this?

      Horrible experience! I have a court order to have my name removed from a property from 2022, and cannot get anyone from Cenlar to get this process underway. Ive called/email numerous times. Only to be put in a bin. *** asked for supervisor assistance, but that doesnt help either. I am being told the assumptions **** has to reach out to me, which I have yet to hear from. In the beginning, I was told that because of *****, they were behind. Thats long over. I have received recently, a response to my chat message, from someone telling me the process of getting someone removed from a loan, but Im way past that. The assumptions package was completed years ago, and submitted by attorneys. But no one will help. My name is stuck on a property that I have not lived in, in 5 yrs. Can someone please help?

      To whom it may concern,I am filing a formal complaint against Cenlar, Citimortgage, and **************** for their gross negligence in handling my escrow and insurance matters. Despite my repeated requests to manage these affairs independently, they have persistently interfered, causing substantial distress and financial turmoil.This nightmare began in November 2023 when I discovered my home was uninsured. In December, I was shocked to find out I was insured by *******, a company I had no prior dealings with, and certainly never agreed to any terms or signed any paperwork with. To compound matters, Cenlar deducted $100.00 on 1-8-24 for additional insurance without my consent.When I promptly moved to cancel the Conifer policy and switched to *********************, Cenlar inexplicably continued to pay Conifer from my escrow balance, despite my explicit instructions to the contrary. Despite my repeated attempts to rectify this, including providing all necessary information to switch to *********************, Cenlar persisted in paying Conifer on Jan 16, 2023, causing further financial strain and confusion.Furthermore, Cenlar's handling of my requests to remove escrow and insurance from my account has been nothing short of a bureaucratic nightmare. Despite following their instructions and providing all requested documentation, I have encountered constant delays, contradictory information, and a lack of transparency regarding the decision-making process.Adding insult to injury, Cenlar unauthorizedly paid $1133.00 to *********************** plunging my escrow into negative territory. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by paying an additional $496.00, I was denied a resolution, with Cenlar citing mysterious entities like Mid 1st bank as the reason for the denial, despite my lack of affiliation with them.I had informed Cenlar in January of my my insurance payment and escrow was balance at zero. But escrow is further in the negative because of Cenlar
