      Cenlar Central Loan Administration & ReportingP.O Box *****,*****, ** ***** Complaint DepartmentAfter reaching out to Cenlar Since Oct. 2023 no action has been taken on their part to resolve this matter. We are now receiving collection calls and late payments because one of their mortgage represent missed applied early payment in the wrong area(147) cause use to own money we paid twice and early.Payment Errors: Your company made an error in April. 2023 when funds for Annual Assessed fee$125.00 which is due normally around June 11 of each year. We were ensured that these funds were not applied incorrectly. This causes a huge error on your part because these misapplied funds were wrongly coded in your account system for billing. I got a call from someone at Cenlar back in April 2023 stating that we had a credit of $76.24 [4/19/23]after the statement balance was paid- in full. I ensured that the credit was applied to the Assessed fee for that year but we needed to pay the difference of $48.76 [4/26/23] which total is $125.00 and it would be applied to the Assessed fee. At this time we need a resolution to solve this matter as we have already spoken with many different people regarding this ****** on 9/25, **** from the resolution team on 10/20, ****** on 11/01, ******* on 11/14 and **** #*** with no solution. We even got a call from your collections department by the name of ***** attempting to collect a debt we don't own. We are asking as good standing clients to resolve this issue by bringing our account in the right standings and making all the correct notations to reflect the error made on your behalf as a company. As a result of this ongoing matter, we will be sending this letter to the Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affair.Enclosed are copies of statements and dispute letters. Please investigate this matter and (delete or correct) the disputed item(s) as soon as possible.Sincerely,Mr. & ***************

      I have tried to cash 5 checks. They have all bounced from my own account. These guys are horrible and I recommend not using them. They said my signature didnt match. I cashed another check and called them to verify it was me just incase the signature didnt match. They said that was fine they would put a note on the account. Check bounced next day. Im paying interest for an account I cant even use. When this account is paid Im switching companies, hands down the worst banking experience I have EVER had. Who rejects a check going into an account with the same account holder name?! That. Makes. No. Sense.

      Cenlar is the WORST Company, ever! They misapplied funds then removed them from our account causing HAVOC on our account. If I could fire them I would! If I could sell my loan to another company, I would. Avoid them AT ALL COSTS!

      Not good. Followed directions to have have PMI removed. Was stated that automatically removed <78%. Noticed mine was not removed. Cenlar then stated that I had to mail written or fax (2020 really) to the mortgage department? Huh. The fax number doesn't work just rings. Call them the person places me ON/OFF hold for 15 min and can't answer any questions. States that someone will review my case and to call back on Nov 1, a specific date. Why should I call you back. You call me when you are ready to discuss, the person agreed. Could not provide me a case number but assured me that my request was in their system. Nov 1 no phone call. Still have PMI and they still can't provide any reason why its not removed. They have a not so obivous through web site messaging system. Hard to get response. Autoamted response that I receive through email to confirm I posted states that you shouldn't use the message system and that you should use the chat system instead, probably so there is no record. I tried the ** chat and they provided a new fax number for submitting PMI removal request but that number did the same, ring and no answer. Have tried both numbers for 4 days. Thank you Citibank for moving my loan to Cenlar. I wish I could give no stars or move my loan somewhere else.

      These are the worst people I've ever seen in a mortgage company. They completely disregarded my request to NOT pay my property taxes until i had the opertunity to fight the high increase with the county. Once you pay the "Tax Man" his piece of an unfair price increase, you never get a ***** of that money back. Cenlar totally screwed me out of thousands of tax dollars! I refinanced the property so I could get theses idiots out of my life once and for all!

      I am trying to log into my *** Mortgage and this company Welcome to Cenlars loan servicing website! keep popping up why I have no loan with them and they are asking me for id info is this a scam? I do not understand what CENLAR is or how its connected to UWM

      Absolutely frustrated!!!! Been trying since 11/10/23 with almost daily calls and empty promises I still have not been able to get them to send Release of Lien/Satisfaction documentation to the Register of Deeds in my county. The mortgage was paid off in May 2013!!! ******** promises of "escalating" my issue, no follow up and no resolution. My property is being "held hostage" from this mortgage company due to this lack of documentation. Wish there was a negative star rating.

      The actual worst mortgage servicing on the planet. My local mortgage company sold my loan to CENLAR after we closed on our home and it has been the worst experience of my life dealing with any company, ever.Do not let them talk you into a mortgage repayment plan if you get behind at all on your payments. Find a way to stay current. You will regret it. Your credit will go to s*** You will get automated calls every single day even though you make your new payments every month. Every rep you talk to on the phone will not have any context into what repayment plan you're doing. You'll have to re-explain every single thing every time. If interest rates weren't completely highway robbery high right now than I would refinance with a different company.

      **** stars Pretty much what every other review has said they 100% play games and have to Be a fraudulent company. I have NEVER dealt with a company this incompetent and or frustrating in all my years as a Realtor. We have been under contract for FIVE months, and for five months they have been stonewalling and or stringing us along by asking us to piecemeal information in the most excruciatingly idiotic slow and inefficient way possible. EVERY time you contact them you would get a different person and if you were lucky you would get contacted back 3 days later but the average was a week or more. Then due to length of time between their requests and lack of response things would expire so we would have to resend the same information over and over and over but with new dates. And JUST when everything was going to be correct they would always need something new. Insult to injury , the house needs way over 100k in repairs just to be habitable and their appraiser appraised it for 150k over value and OVER value for similar homes in diamond condition.We finally got a single point of contact after Five months and after THREE more weeks they are just NOW telling us we need a home path account to submit the offer. They are Doing EVERYTHING possible to delay this deal. Its been FIVE months and we dont even have an accepted /counter offer yet. Madness So again either most inept company ever or they are unethical and trying to make the home foreclosure for their own reasons. Either way , do not deal with them.***addendum***We finally got deal closed after 7 months, new buyer has keys and has the house and CENLAR NOT PAYING real estate company or Attornery. They allowed it to close took 500k 4 days ago and claim they need MORE PROOF of getting the wire ? WE KNOW YOU HAVE THE MONEY AND ITS A FEDERAL WIRE? Like why is this company allowed to exist??
