  Worst company ever , they should shut down this crappy company permanently due to lack of mathematics knowledge and stealing money from customers , guess its time to go and file complaint with other institutions and even possibly filing a lawsuit against them

  Cenlar FSB is the worst lending company I have ever worked with for our business. We have had to push our closing on the sale of our property numerous times as a result of them not being able to furnish a payoff statement. We have spent hours with customer service with absolutely no follow up and no assistance. The customer service representatives are rude and provide zero help for solving the issue. We literally want to get info to payoff the loan and they refuse to provide it. Every day that we check in, they say "the payoff is expected to arrive today." ************ the customer service team and their overall processes are an absolute joke. I would never willingly work with this company (our loan was sold to them) and would never refer their name out to anyone. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

  Cenlar has, imo, committed fraud on my mortgage account with respect to (a) monthly payment, (b) charging for hazard/homeowner insurance, and (c) escrow.

  This has to be the most disorganized and incompetent customer service I've dealt with. For the past 8 months I've been trying to get info on moving our loans from our personal names to an LLC and as of Sept 2023 I've received nothing - only stating they are really backed up. I've even tried emailing leadership in corporate to address my concerns. Cenlar, please sell my mortgages. You have failed!

  This company is Evil. I hav had no service from them. Mis information no longer be seems to know how to answer any questions. I had to take out a chapter 13 bankruptcy because they wouldnt work with me. Now their adding $20.00 a month h to inspect property. Just a joke !!!!Trying to get this removed is impossible!!!Evil, Evil, Evil.

  Worst Mortgage Servicing outfit in the United States, possibly the planet! No wonder they are operating under a consent decree from the Comptroller of the Currency! If the entity that provided your mortgage sells it or places it for serving with Cenlar, dump your mortgage and never do business with the entity that sold or placed it with these incompetent individuals! In addition to constantly providing inaccurate information, misapplying payments and horrible customer service, it has been three months since I paid off my mortgage and these crooks have still not refunded the escrow account amounts they agree they owe! Stay Far Away from this Not BBB Accredited entity repeatedly in trouble with Regulators!!

  Shady business practices. Paid off a mortgage & got bills I didnt understand for 3 yrs, called 3 times only to be told that account doesnt exist. Now they want 3 yrs of arrearages without having sent ONE invoice/statement, or demand to pay for late fees. Now since calling a 4th time, my account IS ACTIVE & I XoWE 3 years interest without ever been sent correspondence to that effect, until yesterday when I got a Fed Ex pkg with demand for payment.

  This company is awful. They misapply payments all the time. Always check your additional payments to be sure they applied them to interest only.

  If I could give negative stars I would. This has been the worst loan company we have ever dealt with. We signed up for autopay before our first payment and they didnt draft it until the second month. They reported us for being late and withheld the funds remaining in our account. After a number of calls and emails they told us we need to put everything in writing to request our funds only to be told they were frozen. For 90 days! Because of THEIR mistake. Many calls and emails later we were told to put it in writing again and the funds would have not be frozen for 60 days. After 60 days we tried to access our funds because we had done everything they asked, put everything in writing, etc. we were then told again that we had to request unfreezing the funds again after 60 days, that they wouldnt automatically unfreeze them. We were exasperated! But we sent in the letter again and they responded that they would respond within 30 days. At this point we contacted our mortgage broker to let him know what a disaster it was. He asked us to send all of the correspondence to him. After reviewing he told us they were in violation of lending laws and suggested we report them, which we promptly did. Do. Not. Use. This. Company!
