To be honest I thought I was going to be screwed. I bought a snow joe machine on Amazon and it came with a warranty which I ended up having to use and file a claim on. When I did, the machine I needed was out of stock and the person had told me I had the option of getting a loaner sent to me or wait for the same one to come back in stock and shed contact me once it was. I said Id rather wait since it was the end of winter. She never contacted me like she said she would so I had to contact them again because it started snowing, was told I had to send my original machine back to get it replaced however it had already been 7 months and I had thrown it away so it had to get escalated for review. ********************************* was the person who assisted me and she was amazing! She let me know it was a one time courtesy but shed be able to send me a replacement and let me know if it happened again I would need to send the broken one back. Bottom line, KEEP YOUR BROKEN MACHINE!!! but seriously great service and I really do appreciate the helpSnow Joe LLC

Unfortunately, I had to call your customer service number when my ****** leaf mulcher stopped working a couple of weeks ago. The unit had been working well for months and then stopped running after a full day of mulching. I spoke with *****, who was courteous, patient and thorough as she explained the process for returning my current unit for a replacement. She also provided useful information which will be helpful for extending the life of my replacement unit.***** also explained that there were no units currently in inventory. I was a bit disappointed to learn there were no units available and it may take 4-6 weeks to get a replacement. However, I understand this happens and I will wait as necessary. This is really the only reason I gave you 4 stars instead of 5. I have been pleased with the response I have received regarding my service issue.Snow Joe LLC
