I experienced internal damage to my woodchipper that I purchased from Snow Joe. I contacted the *************************** and sent the purchase receipt, and pictures of the damage. They provided me with a shipping label to return the item, and a replacement was ordered. It was nice to have the warranty honored, and prompt action taken by CS to initiate the replacement. I have multiple Snow/Sun Joe items and it is encouraging to know that you stand behind your products.Snow Joe LLC

The positive part is that the Communication with customer service was easy and they responded quickly. The rest is negative. I bought an electric snowblower. It did not last through the first winter. the blades which are rubber attached to a thin metal, broke while I was blowing the snow from a medium heavy snow storm. So THE SNOWBLOWERS ARE NOT GOOD. At least not good for a ******** winter. After contacting them, they said they can not reimburse me for the product, only store credit. Since I had bought their "top of the line" snowblower, getting store credit was not a good option for me. They said they also could not replace the snowblower because THEY DID NOT HAVE THIS PRODUCT IN STOCK or the parts need to fix it, so I would have to wait until it was available. I had to join a waitlist and check when it became available. I read in other reviews that this happens frequently. They finally agreed to send me a smaller snowblower in case I needed to use it before the end of the winter season. I received it but fortunately there was no need to use it because winter was almost over.After many months I received a message that the original reference of ********** was finally available. They asked me to DESTROY the snow blower they had sent to me and send them pictures showing the unit was destroyed and taken apart. I tried to explain to them that it was a new unit which I'd rather return and they could take it back and sell it. They said that was NOT AN OPTION and I should destroy it. A COMPLETE LACK OF ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS. Why would they ask me to destroy a unit that is brand new? I offered to keep that one and that they sent me a rebate for the difference vs the one I had bought (which was a better model). Also not possible.They would not send me the new one until I gave the evidence of destruction. Sadly, at the end I had to do it. Not a financially smart nor an environmentally friendly company and No good quality products. I'D NOT BUY FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.Snow Joe LLC

**** (Contractor) was very helpful with my need to return a hose that has sprung a few leaks. He set up the warranty, sent a return ship label for me to use when I send the faulty hose back, was very courteous, and patient. Of course this cannot be a complete review since o have not sent nor received the hoses yet.Snow Joe LLC

Great customer service, I bout this product about 6 months ago and it has been great the hose got a hole in it and after contacting the company they sent me a replacement and because the one I purchased was put of stock they upgraded my hose at no additional charge.Snow Joe LLC
