    **************** was great. Bought a hose about a year ago, it broke. I called and they sent me an RMA shipping label via email. Received the new hose in less than a week. The hardest thing was rolling / folding the hose to fit in the only box I had.

    Worked with ********* on a warranty replacement for a 75' hose that sprung a leak, with no damage to jacket, just normal noon commercial water pressure. Because the product was not registered, we had to do that process first, but it was painless thanks to *******. I was surprised that I had to ship the defective unit back before they would send my replacement. I'm now waiting for the replacement. I'm glad I kept my receipt.

    **************** was wonderful. They are willing to replace the lawnmower because of a missing safety key. I will update my review at the completion of my whole experience with this company. I am confident however, because I own two other yard tools and they work very well which impressed me because they were also very affordable.

    I have 3 Aqua ************ and have been very pleased with them. One of them recently had a seam burst. I was VERY, VERY pleased with the customer service I received from the contractor ****************************** in sending me a replacement hose as mine was still under warranty. What a breath of fresh air to call a company that didn't give you the run around. I called on 5/22 and my new hose arrived today 5/26. Talk about good service. Thank You. So uncommon in today's business world. You deserve kudos for a customer service problem handled professionally.

    The tension adjuster pin got lost. This is the only part in the owners manual that does not have an actual part number..It took a couple emails to sort that out, but Anabelle (Contractor) sent me the hardware kit with the missing part and I am able to use the pole saw again.
