  I could not start my pressure washer. Called customer service. I waited for a representative for 25 minutes (that's why I took away one star). But when one answered, he took me step by step to reset the unit and it started right away. I was very impressed by the attentiveness of Romelo (contractor) and his patience. Excellent customer service (minus the wait in queue)

  I have purchased 4 Aqua *** 100 hoses. Love them. Caught one on the rough edge of a wood fence. Small tear in hose. Totally operator error. Called and spoke with Raymart in customer service. Replacement on its way. In this time of seemingly no customer service this was a very nice encounter. Ive given these as gifts to friends and neighbors who can no longer drag heavy hoses and we all think theyre great.

  I had to contact Snow Joe because an electronic lawn mower was having problems and the customer service representative i spoke with named *****************. I was calling about having problems with my mower turning on and we did some troubleshooting and when that didn't work they helped me find what would work best for me as a customer because right now they didnt have any of the same units so i couldn't just do a exchange of the same unit so we had to find an alternative. I do have many Snow Joe /Sun Joe products and I will continue to be a customer in the future because as a company i feel they want the best for their customers and I really believe that the name Snow Joe holds a quality standard and when one of the units has a problems they want to fix it so the name Snow Joe/Sun Joe will hold solid and they are good products even though I had a problem with this item I have others that work great. and the customer service was very nice and helpful and patient when I had to get from 1 side of the house to outside to the mower to try the troubleshooting so I completely recommend, they truly honor their warranty I know by experience other companies that have said "you have a warranty" and then you go to try to use it they don't acknowledge its even a thing but Snow Joe totally honors it.

  I bought the Sun Joe dethatcher last fall. It worked great last fall and then again this Spring. It suddenly lost power recently. The support team offered a few suggestions to try to solve the issue but to know avail. Once I confirmed the suggestions didn't pan out the support team initiated the replacement process immediately. I appreciate Sun Joe's support and warranty program. Very happy customer.

  I have a Sun Joe Pressure washer (actually I have 2 of them). One of them was leaking water. I was able to get prompt service through their online chat. I emailed a video of the problem and they are going to replace my unit (about a year old). They are even covering the freight both ways. The process couldn't have been easier. My support agent was ****************** and she made everything fast and easy.Overall, I have been satisfied with the quality of both washers btw.
