  I called Snow Joe today because my cordless lawn mower was not working. I spoke to *********************************** and he made this a very comfortable experience. In this day and age some companies make customer service a real challenge but not with this gentleman at Snow Joe. I really love my lawn mower and ********* was extremely helpful and pleasant. He gave me excellent customer service and I will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you *********!

  After days of looking for a box to return the previous pressure washer, SunJoe shipped me a new one. I was shocked. I like the product and after some discussions, it turns out that SunJoe figured they would solve the problem by sending me a new power washer. Thanks SunJoe.

  SunJoe replaced my first power washer because we had to use vise grips to get the hoses on & off, plus there was still water leaking. The second power washer (same model) had other problems - it would stop working after ten minutes or so to take a rest, plus the power washer hose had a leak. I lost faith in that model, so they replaced with a different model. I have two sets of steps to go up to wash my whole house & hated trying to **** that first washer up steps. I now will have one that has bigger wheels & can be pulled more easily up steps. Good customer service. Thanks, **********************

  It was hard to get customer service via phone due to long wait times, but they responded quickly to my chat requests. ******************* gave great customer service and helped me with several suggestions as to what the problem might be with my pressure washer. Ultimately, the unit needed replacement, but a shipping label was provided and easy return instructions were sent. Thank you for your help!

  We had an issue with our Aqua ************ and it was past the Amazon return date. Quin, at Aqua ***, was a pleasure to work with. We were traveling and had terrible cell reception and didn't have our warranty paperwork. She very patiently walked ** through the steps to get the hoses replaced with no hassle whatsoever. I was very impressed! She deserves an employee of the year award for having to put up with **!

  My experience with Sunjoe is very positive. My water pressure started to have a problem and I contacted the the Customer Support by e-mail. The response was very quick and with some recommendation to solve the failure. After that and not being abale to solve the problem they replaced the unit that was 1-1/2 years old. Machines break occasionally, but having a good **************** that is behind of theY products, make a big difference. Five start for that.

  Very good products, even better customer service. I had an issue with one of my oscillating sprinklers and the customer service agent, ********* (Contractor) was very professional, patient and helpful.
