    A company that you can actually contact by phone! That is huge nowadays. I contacted them on the first try and my problem was solved. The lid to my weed sprayer was cracked. They did not have a replacement lid available, but because I had a warranty on it, they are replacing the weed sprayer. What service!!! I will not hesitate to purchase from Snow Joe!

    I bout a used Sunjoe dethatcher Aj801e on Amazon. first time I used it the raked attachment broke. helpful great company, Replaced my part, even though it wasn't covered under warranty! Very helpful!

    My sun joe mower stopped working and a replacement was sent soon after I sent the defective unit back. However the replacement was an electric mower, and I did have a rechargeable. I called them back and they will be sending a rechargeable one now. The customer service is excellent there, the agent I just spoke to is ****.

    I purchased an electric snow joe snow blower and it has never worked. I contacted customer service and they could not help me and took several weeks to respond to each of my emails. I will never purchase or recommend snow joe to anyone.
