  We are not happy with Sun Joes power washer or thier service.Over a year ago we purchased a Sun Joe Powerwasher. Used it once. The next time we went to use it the hose end snapped off and rendered this brand new machine useless. We contacted Sun Joe ************** by phone *** email and they assured me a replacement will be sent when they have one in stock. It has been over a year waiting and constant calling,but they give the same song and dance that they havent any in-stock and to get one from Amazon because they stock them. What kind of warranty service is that when they have assured me that they will.replace the defective hose. I think the general public should be made very aware of this companies nonsence warranty and lack of service to customers. Please.lookninto.this as I have tried time *** time again for a year to get this part from them and don't believe I should ensure the cost when they've guaranteed they will replace the hose.
