    I needed support for my pressure washer and was connected to ********* Bancog today from Sun Joe customer service. I thought the unit was broken but she helped me trouble shoot a very minor issue that got it working perfectly again (air trapped in the line) troubleshooting was quick, efficient and to the point. after explaining the issue I was having she already had an idea and the first troubleshooting steps took care of my problem. Was very happy with the experience.

    Hi ,I reached out to Snow Joe support team regarding water leak from hose and they understood my pain and ordered a replacement and also extended my warrant by 3 months.As the replacement part was not in stock they took the details of mine and told that that it will be shipped as soon as it is available Just wanted to appreciate ***************************** for her timely help and patience.

    I had to request a second replacement Aqua *** fibre-jacket 50-foot hose; both previous hoses leaked after only a couple of uses. I would give the product a zero- or one-star rating; however, I give their service representative, Deovnia Mimatsu, three or four stars for the speed and efficiency with which she processed my claim for another replacement hose.Whether the hose is not designed for the climate of central ******* or there are other problems with the product, the hose is not worth the money.

    Warranty Return was easy, I made a few calls and within two days got it taken care of. Both of my customer service reps were very helpful and super friendly, they did all the work while I just talked to them. After sending videos of my issues, The only thing I had to do was print a return label and drop it off at **** Very simple. Thank you. I will buy more *** products in the future, even though I had minor issues they still EXCEEDED my expectations on performance. I currently recommend this exact set to everyone needing minor yardworking tools that I meet.

    We have been using this hose for almost a year and it started to leek, small hole. I contacted customer service and in 5 minutes they confirmed a replacement was on its way. Hope the new one fares better than the first, but customer service was amazing.

    I purchased the Aquajoe ******************************** June of 2022. Unfortunately it developed a hole in a little over a month. I called their number, and I received a replacement in 2 days. Unfortunately, this one developed a hole also. This time I sent an email to the company. ************************* has been so helpful and easy to work with. We are waiting for our replacement hose, which should be here any day now. I hope this one holds up as I really like the hose. Somewhat disappointed in the product but have had nothing but quick and friendly service from their reps.
