    My SnowJoe power washer was not working. I contacted SnowJoe customer service. I received a response from "Contracter" ********* within 1 hour!!! She gave me a list of simple instructions to solve my problem, which oddly were not included in the "if this problem,try this" section of the owners manual.This was, without question, the best customer service experience I have ever had. Snow Joe, you've got this, kudos!
