    Unparalleled customer service. Outstanding support and VERY Responsive. I had an issue with my Snojoe Pressure Washer. The **** power unit cracked when I dropped it on the pavement. I contacted Snojoe customer service to see what options I had for repair/replacement. I spoke with a customer service representative and then communicated via email. ******* was very responsive and thorough. In less than 5 days, she resolved my issue, with a warranty replacement delivered to me. I have not worked with a company that is this responsive and supportive of their customers and products. Im very impressed and will definitely look to purchase items from them again. I give them a 5 STAR review and would recommend their products to others.
