    My experience today was amazing! My customer service representative was ***********************************. He was very helpful, EXTREMELY PATIENT while waiting for me to take a picture of my leaking hose and just all around, a very nice person!     The snowjoe products are great pieces of equipment, and I have been well satisfied with mine. I did have one unfortunate incident occur with my hundred foot fiber jacket garden hose. all I had to do was contact.*************************** on a chat service that the company offers with customer service on all their warranty products and Ray resolve my issue within minutes and had me a new replacement hose heading my way within the next 3 to 5 business days. I always say its worth spending a few extra dollars on ************** from good people that offer outstanding service to back their products. Thanks again *************************** for resolving this matter in mere minutes. ***********************

    ******* was great customer support ! She got back to me very quickly whenever I had a question!!???? My chainsaw was replaced for free without issue, which was still under warranty.******* walked me through each step that I needed to do so we could get a new saw in my hands ?? Thanks again........******

    ********* (Contractor) was quick to reply to my emails and resolve my concern. The hose I purchased had a hole in it after a few months, and they quickly mailed a new one at no charge. Shipping only took a day or two which was amazing. Thank you for your help!
