    Worst Product and **************** EVER !! ON 11/27/23 My wife purchased a Snow Joe battery powered Snow Blower for me for Christmas.We live in ********** snow country. We had a mild December and only needed it once before the end of the year. It ran fabulously for about an hour and I put it away, following ALL of the instructions for storage of the unit and the batteries that came with it. Last week we got hit with a storm. Out I went with a smile on my face with my NEW snow blower.After running for about 3 minutes it shut off, never to run again. I put it away with a scowl on my face. :(On Saturday 1/20/23 I attempted to call the company. An automated message told me all reps were busy and to leave my name and number and someone would get back to me "shortly".I went to their web site and found a chat button, hit it and NOTHING !!on 1/21/23 I tried phoning again. This time the message said all reps were busy and to "call back later" !!! I again left them an email. Each of these steps were repeated on 1/22 and today, 1/23/23.Meanwhile, here I am a 72 year old man with inoperable back issues out there shoveling, waiting for No-Go, oops sorry I meant Snow Joe to resolve the issue with this 24V-X2-SB15 blue paper weight I have sitting in my garage. I'm very frustrayed with this company.I Wonder if Snow Joe is still in business.Neither of the 2 Phone numbers are being answered.On one of those numbers ******* cuts in and says the Called party is temporarily unavailable.Hmmmmm

    Bought snow blower for my son for Christmas first time we got a snowstorm in January (****) it wouldnt work batteries were on the charger for 24 hours and we know about the safety switch it WIll not start tried contacting company and we received no response

    1) Jan 13 called ******** an automated system asked for email, phone number - no response 2) Jan 14 agent reached and was very helpful and got to the root of the problem almost instantly and proceeded with the solution immediately. Well done.3) warrantee order SJWTY00471001 was created Jan 14th. Still hasn't been shipped 4) Jan 17 Account stopped working, which has been working for years email was sent to support Ticket ******* - no response 5) Jan 18 Ticket ******* request for an ETA - no response 6) Jan 19 Ticket ******* - no response 7) Jan 20 called ******** an automated system asked for email, phone number - no response We have stopped trying to get an answer, the SJ623E snow blower failed after only a few hours of light work on a sidewalk. The warranty is valid until **** but not being honored at this moment.

    On 7-27-2023 I spoke with Sun Joe in ref: ********** 24v-LRPL2-CT 24 VOLT IONMAX cordless handheld and Long-Reach Pruner and ******. They said they would be on the Lookout for a new one to replace ours because it just LOCKED UP and will not do anything.     ************ is the WORST! FIRST I bought an item from Amazon that didnt work as well as it seemed and they said I could return it for a credit Against what I Actually wanted I said fine because I needed a saw anywayThen I placed an order for a saw and a few other items which they then said (AFTER I got a confirmation email and called to check on my order) that it had been cancelled because batteries cant be sent to my business address. Wtf?! But ok fine. They had me place the order AGAIN shipping it to my home address. Then AGAIN, after confirmation email they say Oh sorry it was cancelled AGAIN due to shipping and billing address being differentwhich it wasnt.. then its oh yes I see please try placing it AGAIN and well fix it..So now this is the 3rd attempt to buy something and ONLY because I have this credit otherwise I wouldve dumped them a long time ago and now apparently everything is blocked and I cant purchase ANYTHING! OMG ************ and its representatives are COMPLETELY incompetent I burst a Blood vessel just talking to them! I do NOT recommend buying from this company!

    extremely frustrating, parts missing when opened brand new box. Had to call repeatedly to even get to point of one rep telling me: we don't carry those parts and I can't send. What? You cannot put it together without? She just tried to rush me off phone and said they must be out of stock.
    One customer service rep, after going thru entire issues and all the trouble shooting I had already done - after we got disconnected (unsure how as it wasn't on my end) she did not bother to call back. When I called again, basically they said they didn't get my proof of purchase. FINALLY after calling again they said yes - they can see my receipt. He said they will send the kit, as he can't do just parts I need to put together. No timeline and no urgency. There was no way to ever track shipment as info was not given.
    Now that it's put together after weeks of waiting - it is still defective and unusable. The quick connect do not retract back into position and hold head in place. So entire unit is worthless and unusable. So zero confidence that this new discovery of a totally defective unit - will be handled or responded to.

    The BEST customer service I have ever had from any organization! Not only did they reply to my issue (email) within 20 minutes, but they provided clear steps for troubleshooting that were user friendly. When that didn't work, they offered another option proactively, that I would have never thought would even be an option. I have always been a supporter of Sun/Snow Joe, but now...     I talked to **** ( contractor) yesterday regarding a faulty snowblower .**** was very patient through out the process and we could not have had a better outcome . After trouble shooting etc we are having our unit replaced. Thanks for your help ****??
