    I had an issue with a pressure washer that was bought several months ago but was never used.The young lady listened my story and had me text her pictures of the situation, She was so helpful and concerned that the issue get taken care of.     I purchased a Sun Joe Cordless Portable Air Compressor to fill car tires, bike tires, *****, and pool toys. When it suddenly stopped working, I called the company and spoke with a contractor named ****. The wait time for customer service was short and **** was knowledgeable about the company's products. He made arrangements to have my portable air compressor replaced at no cost even though the warranty time limit had passed. Yay.

    Parts were missing from the box of the delivered product and a couple of the items they could have shipped to me. But they didn't have a crucial bolt and it was not in stock and they couldn't suggest how to fix the machine or even give me the specs pn the volt so I could purchase it locally even though I shouldn't have to so I had to return it to *********** Very dissatisfied with the customer service at **********************. Will not buy any of their products ever again.
