I spoke to Agent ***************************** from ************ and specifically told him I needed an insurance that covered mental health and substance abuse. He assured me I would be covered with this plan and even looked up the rehab facility I intended to check into. After paying into it for months I find out I am in fact not covered for mental health or inpatient treatment. What kind of person would play with someones health and purposefully deceive them.FirstEnroll

It would seem I too fell for your scam! Specially, you telling me my insurance would cost me 96 dollars a month. ******* me to sign documents. You take advantage of people in a moment of weakness. Scam scam scam. **** dollars a year for you to find a policy making consumers believe we are paying for insurance. Shame on you.FirstEnroll

This place is a SCAM! Please don't go here! I recently went to the hospital thinking that I had health insurance. The insurance was cut off because of non payment. First enroll took the entire monthly payment and didn't provide any payment to ****. I tried to contact customer service but, they spoke over me and belittled me. Then they stated I agreed to a higher insurance premium monthly, so it was at no fault of their own. This place is a fraud and after recently experiencing a miscarriage, their cut throat/ heartless. If you want a health insurance to have your back, don't look here!!FirstEnroll

Horrible scam!!! They pretend to be a healthcare provider and they are not! I called twice after 3 days to cancel. At first they were rude, and even asked me why I called them in the first place. They made me connect to 4 people to try to get my refund. Then they hung up. I called them back and the lady said it would be refunded. They have charged me 3 times!! You cant cancel this company! They dont let you!FirstEnroll

I think this company is now a total scam! I've been paying them for a long time, then suddenly the payment was flagged by my bank as fraud and denied. I received a total scam-like phone message, could hardly understand it. I've tried calling and the number is always busy. My "insurance broker" has their phone now going to a fax when you call. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY.FirstEnroll

This company is a scam!!! The person who "sold" me my "plan" - insisted on the phone that it would be recognized in my state that mandates health insurance, would cover my doctors and even looked them up and that my prescriptions would be covered. All wrong! They verbalized it was an Aetna plan which it was NOT. They repeatedly charged my bank account even after I cancelled it and claimed that I had never called ( I had two documented phone calls on my end). The woman yelled and screamed at me on the phone. They scammed a single mother with Type I Diabetes who ended up paying out of pocket for insulin to stay alive!AND they refuse to reimburse me for two months of an unused/plan!FirstEnroll

I was calling Blue Shield to cancel my dental policy. Clicked on the link on my phone to whom I thought was Blue Sheild and I explained my purpose of the call and I was canceliing because my wifes work was now providing full dental. The representative on the line "I talked with ******" said that he was able to make the cancelation and he had me sign a electronic doc and said I had to they would post the over five hundred dls. on my credit card for prorated charges. He said I would be reimbursed once my proof of employers ins. was verified. He also asked me to provide my SS# to get my cancelation processed. He never said I was signing up for any policy or that they would actually charge my card. I am being CHARGED to my CC by FIRST ENROLL-HEALT **. For something I did not authorize and the sales representative mislead me completely.Is this a scammer imposter of First Enroll or -----FirstEnroll
