      First enrollment is a SCAM!!!! dont not fall for them. They will take out your money each month for a health insurance youre not using!!! Stay away from this people and dont get health insurance with them!!! SCAMMERS!!! I hope the *** will finally get a hold of you all and determinate you for taking peoples money!!!!!!!!!

      I do believe that I was scammed by this company. I spoke with an agent for a long time reviewing options for health insurance. I notified the agent on my needs for health care and I was hopeful for her helping me as I am struggling with my health at this time which requires visits to different specialists & for currently being on oxygen. When I finally found something that covered for everything that I need taken care of only to discover that the plan I purchased only covered certain individual Dr. visits. I am now unable to schedule other procedures since they are not covered by the health insurance I purchased. When I called **************** I was able to cancel out what I purchased, but was out $200+ because I had just reached my 30 day of purchase. How convenient is that? I wouldn't recommend this business or any other business that sells **************** over the phone or the Internet, because not everyone in their field is knowledgeable on the different types of coverage that each individual needs.

      Scam! Scam! Scam!Looking for ***************** I listed below affiliated SCAMMERS!First Enroll/ First Enroll Health Plan (same company)YBM LLC/ YBM Essential Health Federal Life Sicuro Health Marketplace Enrollment Center/ Customer Service/ Member Service ( Based in *******)It started with an enrollment application process they claimed to be a ********************************************* the processor took the ****************** initial premium payment. I was NEVER informed or told at that time of enrollment First Enroll will be the company my card will be processed with. My information was given to First Enroll WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. I only found out it was First Enroll after verifying with my bank the payment amount and whom it was paid to First Enroll Health Plan which also included a contact number. First Enroll has NEVER sent me a receipt of payment nor any documentation. First Enroll will claim to only administrate billing and payment for insurance companies yet my bank statement clearly states First Enroll Health Plan. ********************** are SCAMMERS !! First Enroll are very much associated!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!ALL AFFILIATED SCAMMERS that I have listed above phone numbers/emails are ALL linked with FIRST ENROLL/ FIRST ENROLL HEALTH PLAN.Three weeks later NO Insurance ID cards, NO Hard Copy of Insurance Policy.Policy cancelled !! Refund pending will take up to 7 business days!!Not allowed to publish my review without star!! Not sure why!! First Enroll doesnt deserve even a star!!

      I'm being charged ****** a month for insurance that is free though bc/bs and market place said they don't know why and so did ********** blue shield. Because my premium 0 per month . And since April 2023 they have been taking ****** out of my account. I want my money back now .
