This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company both are first enroll (alleged themselves as having good medical coverage) both First Health Network/MBA and *********** are both owned by FirstEnroll. This insurance was not accepted by any medical facility. They would not email or us mail me the forms to attempt get them to pay for my drs. care. I had to pay the facilities myself. I'm also have a hard time getting them to pay back the premiums and bills they didn't pay they didn't pay anythings. PAID -0- NOT ONCE cent. They keep lying and transferring me telling me different callers would do this or that. DO NOT PUCHASE THESE this is cyber fraud.FirstEnroll

Very strange- I got Blue Cross/Blue Shield from First Enroll, but never got an insurance card- they took out ****** every month for eight months. I got insurance with *** and a Blue Cross/Blue Shield card but did not realize they were two different accounts. When I found out, yesterday, I called and they told me I need to be more aware of my finances. The scammers gave me advice. Very rude when I told them I never got an insurance card. What I wonder about is why Blue Cross/Blue Shield did not notice. But perhaps they were never contacted. I'm out about $1500.00FirstEnroll

This feels like a scam. They are not clear when they sign you up.I thought I was getting health insurance and I got charged for all this other stuff. For me the worst part was the incredibly long hold times only to get hung up on when I tried to cancel my policy.Still have not spoken to anyone, because frankly I can't get through when I try.The whole process they use is shady.FirstEnroll

First off the Agent represented the company FirstEnroll would cover prescriptions and healthcare at reasonable cost. This was not the case no prescriptions are covered. After paying a fee to join and first months fee I canceled my coverage as of February 1st. I contacted FirstEnroll and I was informed by them that coverage through the end of January cannot be reimbursed. I told them I understood. Then I heard nothing back from them. I have kept getting charged from FirstEnroll for the premiums. I called them again and the "Agent" kept saying I did not cancel. Yet I did. The "Agent" again said no you didn't over and over. I do not feel they will stop charging me for premiums anytime. I am at a point I do not know what to do. This is Fraud in my mind when cancel twice and they do nothing. I have contacted my bank to help resolve this as well. I am out over $1200.00 and have not submitted any claims with this company. FirstEnroll is Fraudulent and should be shut down. I know I am only one person and if I could rate "0 stars" I would.FirstEnroll

I am extremely upset at my situation. I signed up with first enroll in December and told them I only needed coverage for 30 days. The agent said that the plan cancels after 30 days. 3 months later I find they have been charging me ****** for Jan and Feb. also no policy information was sent to my home so there was no way I could even access my insurance information, so I probably wasnt even registered in the first place, so i was not covered for 3 months, but I was paying for coverage. I also did not use any benefits of my non existent insurance. Considering they are charging me for insurance I dont even have, I have been trying to get a reimbursement based on fraud charges considering this is fraud, and found so many people that went through the same exact situation. Also, it took me 2 days to get a hold of a customer service *** to cancel my insurance. The customer service *** also informed me that my plan wasnt ***** like the agent said and it was actually a cousin company and he had no answers as to why I didnt get my policy information in the mail. He couldnt even tell me how to access my benefits since it would all be in the mail (that I didnt even receive). The fact that I am paying almost half a grand in insurance that I did not even receive is fraud.FirstEnroll

I can't say if the company is bad, but what I will say is that ******* (agent) who i initially set my policy up with is a liar, and scammer. There are some other words I would like to use, but I will keep this professional. I spoke the agent who refuse to ever say his name again. On January 10th 2025, I made contact with this person and opened a policy. I called back on January 17th, I called him back in reference to canceling the policy since I decided not to retire.Instead of returning my call he sent a text message stating "Hey I will call you back shortly". I did not receive a return phone call. I received a another text from him after i called him again on 21st of January. Ok, again instead of him calling me back. He stated he apologized the office was clksed on MLK day, i did call on that particular days. I called several times lead up to a MLK ******, here again he text instead of returning my call. His stated "I apologize I do get a lot of calls and asked me what was my issue the I had to address and he will put it at the top of his list of things to get done". I told him I need to cancel the policy. Here again, instead of returning my phone call he told me he texted his response. His text message said "I went ahead and put the cancellation and confirmation will be sent by mail", On February 3rd, I called and text asking how long would it take refund my credit card? His response his text was ***** business days.On March 4th, I called and text asking for an update on the refund, did receive a response. I've called him almost every day, but never receiving a respons Never received a confirmation letter in the mail, he never canceled the policy. I haven't received my initial payment. On top of that they charged my credit card for another month. After seeing the charge I called customer service who ca canceled the policy on 3-24-25, So anyone who read this know why he didn't cancel the policy.FirstEnroll

I talked on the phone to an agent who gave me particulars on an insurance plan that he said was through Aetna. Once I signed up and received the paperwork, I realized that everything he told was incorrect. It wasn't even health insurance, but a discount on preventative care. I called back and was told all kinds of lies about what the plan covered, when asked to provide in writing that the plan covered hospital stays, ER visits, lab work, etc. they hung up the phone. I have spent three days and about 6 hours trying to contact them to cancel the policy and refund my money (policy hasn't even gone into effect yet and has not been used). They continue to put me on hold, hang up on me, transfer, etc. I finally received a cancellation confirmation number and email stating that my policy was cancelled. Later in the day, I received another email that the policy was reinstated by the agency. I called the third-party billing department and they verified that the policy was reinstated and there is nothing they can do to stop the agency from continuing to reinstate once I cancel. I called my credit card company and they are not able to put a stop pay on this business because of the way it is coded. I am beyond frustrated and hurt that they are taking advantage of me at a time when my husband is out of work and we are in need of help.FirstEnroll
