      Total liars. They will tell you whatever they believe gets the sale. Should be illegal. I wanna know why politicians are not doing anything to get these scumbags off the internet. They advertise as a legitimate health insurance company. They scammers straight lie about what they provide. I read the document and pointed out discrepancies. So the guy found a new document. They claim to be Aetna or ********** Blue Shield. They little post they put behind the comments is how they should open their salespitch.

      I needed insurance and was contacted by this company after filling out a form online. They told me that I would have a 30 day period to review the policy with a full refund offered. Upon receiving the information and reviewing it, I decided to opt out and pursue a job that offers insurance. the woman they placed me on the phone with was beyond rude, put me on hold numerous times in an attempt to get me to hang up and thus not receive my refund, she was refusing to cancel the policy until I answered her questions which were the same questions over and over again. I answered her questions and told her that I now wanted a refund but she would not agree to doing so and told me that I could not get my money back because I had authorized the charge. I have the 2nd half of our conversation tape recorded as after she put me on hold numerous times and kept asking the same questions and not allowing me to cancel the policy, I wanted proof that I had called and asked to cancel the policy. When I told her that I was going to report her and her agency and that I was recording out awful conversation, she became very angry and hung up on me. I did receive a cancellation notice and have now received my refund. I am not sure if this company is a scam, but she was an awful person and should be fired.

      They are a complete SCAM. Do NOT use this company. I signed up with them in January 2025 and was told I could cancel at anytime time. They never sent me a card despite me calling multiple times requesting a card.I finally decided to cancel my policy. I called them to cancel and was told I would breach my contract. My contract states I can cancel.I was given a phone number that did not work. When I called them back at the phone number listed on ****** I was hung up on by two different people. I am contacting my credit card company to stop payments, as well as my attorney. This is an incredibly dishonest company. Unfortunately, I paid them for three months before I realized this.

      This company has scammed me for $547 which equals my first month's payment for my health insurance coverage!! i am glad i found out before i lost more money with them, unfortunately the way i found out was i had a tooth ache and realized i never received an ID card, so i call to get one emailed and that's when it came to light, i had been SCAMMED!!!!!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

      These thieves are well organized and prey on people trying to independently find affordable health insurance. They will sign you up for a fake insurance plan and continue to bill you monthly until you stop payments or cancel your credit/debit card. In my experience, they also signed me up for a legitimate plan with ********** Blue Shield at the same time so as to hide their deceitful tactics. I disputed these charges once I became aware of them, and they provided forged documentation of an insurance policy that I never received any information on, be it via email or post, to rebut these disputes. The people that work for this company are lying predators and the "company" itself should be shut down.

You all are fraudsters and thieves, as many other people who have left reviews on this website can corroborate. That's why your customer review rating is 1.5/5 stars.       Huge scam! They sign you up for insurance and state that the ** cards, information about your insurance coverage, and purchase confirmations would all be sent to me but they were not. After submitting for cancellation, I still have not received a cancellation confirmation or a refund for my stolen funds. Do not purchase anything from this corporation, as they will lie directly to your face and then go no-contact.

      SCAM I called this number from a sponsored ********** Blue Shield link displayed as one of the first options on ****** when I searched, "BCBS of Texas customer service." I called to check the status of my new insurance plan through my employer. I was told that my medical insurance was not active yet because there was a signature my employer had not completed. The "customer service ***** sent a link to my phone and told me that if I signed this, he would send this to my employer to get my plan activated. He asked for a credit card number for the purpose of a temporary hold that would be removed in 1-2 business days once my employer approved this form. There was a ****** charge placed on my credit card under the transaction, "FirstEnroll ************************* *** gave me an case number and the customer service phone number.Three days later, I called my employer and BCBS to follow up. My employer had not received a form and **** had no record of the interaction and no record of the case number I was provided. I called this company and ***orted that I wanted to cancel my plan. The woman I spoke to, told me they could not remove the hold on my account and it would have to be directed to the cancellation department. I received an email saying it would take 2-3 weeks to process my cancellation. The email was from First Health with no memo in the subject line. The bottom of the email has a First ********************** logo.I called the original number two more times. I asked what the name of this company is. The first ****** I spoke with said the company is named, "**************." I explained the situation to this "customer service ***** and he said, "Damn, they got you. You're cooked." I asked this ****** if they ever send forms directly to an individual's employer; he said, "No, we do not." The second ****** I spoke with said the company's name is "****************."

      This agency are definitely scammers. I purchased a health insurance from them and never received the cards plus I was form2 hours in a phone call with them to make sure my doctors are in they network, they said yes all the doctors I need they got them . Was just a big lie because at the time to see my doctor this cheap insurance plan dont cover anything plus they arent in the network. Im been calling them back and wait up to 28 minutes on hold and no one are available of course scammers. They collect my money and the walk away. This people are very unprofessional please be careful with them dont trust them at all

      A total scam. Sold me a policy that did NOT cover. I canceled & they kept billing. Shame on these people. I hope a law suit can be filled to hit thier pocket books. I'm grateful I discovered them before hospital bills that would have been unpaid.
