  Tried to get supplemental insurance as my co-payments were seriously high! I thought I contacted covered ********** but to my ignorance putting your information online will start the solicitation of companies trying to sell you their product! Turns out after I received the card, that nothing looked legitimate! The website their name and everything in between. I cancelled right away! One supervisor is telling me I cant change my mind! Excuse me! Yes I can! I started notices that there was no real information on anything they sent me! Not the website, not the portal not the ** card! I requested my refund and was told it takes 14 business days! After that time elapsed, no one responded to multiple attempts to get my money back! Its says money back guaranteed! So far no answer and no return call and no refund! I am ill and need help financially with my insurance! Yet these thieves only supplied deception!

  This place is a scam took money from my account misleading us to believe they were a *** insurance company with ********** blue shield when it is a discount program. Never received any information or cards . They withdrew money Sept 6 2024 and I emailed Sunday Sept 8th 2024 to cancel. I got a phone call on Tuesday September 10th ******************************************************** **** I SAID yes. September 23rd ************************************************* a run around when I call and get different answers each time.

  I attempted to contact ******** to apply for insurance as i lost my job. Somehow when googling this business is the first number that pops up to speak to an agent. When calling i am told the agent ******** ******* goes through multiple plans & can sign me up for a multiplan. I was told that ******** open enrollment is not available right now. I sign up for a plan, give my card info over the phone for a plan called americare 200. The next day i attempt to make dr ************ & am told this is not a real company. When contacting the number through firstenroll who is the company that signed me up they state they are just a 3rd party billing ************* wil cancel the policy but send me a cancellation for *************************** i ask who that is & am told thats the agency. I click the phone number in the email to call the agency & the phone number routes me back to firstenroll. When i ask if firstenroll is a insurance company i am told by a woman ***** no they are billing & another gentleman that yes they are a licensed insurance agency. I asked what state they are licensed and they hang up on me. I call back over 10 times and am told by every single agent a different story about the ******************* i ask for their license # or state they are licensed they hang up. Eventually they start just answering my calls & immediately hanging up. Once they picked up and said thats her to someone in the background and hung up. The CEO ***** who owns the facility in ** is a terrible shady businessman who hides behind the word third party to not be responsible for any of his ***** I even had two others call from other phone numbers to inquire if they sell insurance and both agents stated that yes they do. The agents i spoke too nastily say they are just member services with all text free phone numbers. All reviews say the same happened to them when purchasing insurance. Hopefully my bank will refund my ****** they STOLE. Preying on sick ppl is disgraceful.

  Absolutely Awful!!!! They are crooks. They charged us for over a year and then when I went to use the coverage I found out there was none. When we called to cancel it was a nightmare as well. We basically had to cancel our card to get them to stop. No Stars!!!

  I spoke with ******* at First Enroll and I couldnt have been happier! She helped me with my situation and was extremely professional and courteous. She knew exactly what I needed and completed the transaction in a matter of minutes. I was dreading the call and she immediately put me at ease. I truly wish all of my calls would go so smoothly. Thanks again to *******.

  Criminal and should not be allowed to be in business. I cancelled with them in March 2024 and they have continued to charge me every month since then. They owe me almost $2000. I wish I could leave negative stars! If I'm not reimbursed there will be a legal action.

  A *********** saga!!!! On 4/23/2024, I spoke with ******* to sign up for a plan prior to ********* I specifically asked him if the plan included dental and vision as well as medical. He state yes!! It was a First Health PPO thru Aetna. Today I called the provider locator number to see if my dental practice is included. I was told that my plan does not include dental. Very different from my call with ******* on 4/23. Very disappointing that the sales department who cannot answer any post sales questions!!! They want to transfer you to ***************** Well, I already called **************** that is why I am calling sales. Run and run fast and don't believe anything that sales tells you because it is likely not accurate. ****************************** is the licensed agent thru ************* **** Be aware. It is no wonder their BBB rating is a B; however, it should probably be an E.

  We had been transferred to an agent through the market place seeking low cost insurance to cover our needs. We found an agent and everything they had told us was amazing about health insurance and how because we are a healthy young family insurance is able to be offered with all the benefits we needed at such a low price. We felt so blessed to not be paying the insane rates we would have had to through our company insurance to help average out the differences in employees health. The insurance they gave us was through ********** blue shield. Come to find out 3 months later my wife asked me who first enroll is and why we are paying them automatically ($103) and ********** manually ($180). Found out through Reddit they are scamming people getting them signed up for insurance and then telling them they accidentally also got some extra thing like death or dismemberment insurance polices for ******* at 103 a month and your automatic payment doesnt go to your health insurance but your death and dismemberment insurance they collect with a ridiculously high price tag for **** low insurance policies. I would not have signed up for that not even accidentally. I want my money money back from the day I signed up with you and for this to stop. I havent been able to call the office because they close 5:30 east coast time meaning I gotta give them a call while Im out working before 2:30 mountain standard if I want to get ahold of someone.

  This company is horrible! They lie to you and steal your money. I have a hospital bill for over 7k. This place has no integrity and is run by low class incompetent individuals!!
